Hate to disappoint you, but you are at the wrong web site if you are looking for the usual ‘owner BS’. My pictures and video do the talking for me. Pictures are easy to find on this web site--up close and personal. If you wish to look at other presentations by owners, notice how they are long on text and short on pictures. When you email me (use the form on the right) I will be happy to give you the reasons for that. The video presentation is two clicks away. First click the video icon above the first picture. The second click will be the play arrow in the center of the picture. I hope you will agree that ‘a picture is worth a thousand words’.

Notice immediately that our rental rate is lower than others in the Edgewater Community. Our reasoning for that: we just recently put it on the rental market (it has never been rented before) and wanted to use the lower price offering to begin to build a rental base. We are also going to need both positive and negative feedback. It’s our hope that giving you a good price will encourage you to be forthcoming with an evaluation at the end of your visit.

The unique qualities about us that you won’t find anywhere else are small things, but make all the difference between a good vacation and a great one. We use a combination lock for the front door of the condo; the unique number we key in will be the last four digits of your home phone. In the unlikely event the combination lock malfunctions, we have a ‘hard’ key for the door at your fingertips. We have equipped our home with a dead bolt (locked from the inside) so you will feel safe and secure. Is the cleanliness not up to your standards? We will give you the housekeeper’s name and phone number in advance, to call them back in if necessary. You are going to love having free long distance calling and free WiFi at your fingertips.

There is additional information to provide to you, but I wanted this site to emphasize the pictures and the video. I didn’t want to distract you from the visual beauty of the community environs. Prepare yourself. When you email me you will get a little ‘owner BS’ . I look forward to hearing from you.

About: My name is Peter Cole, and I am the owner’s representative. I went to the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Presently live in Davidson, just outside of Charlotte, NC. I wear many hats: an oceanfront, resort, rental condo owner; property manager; rental agent; dog tender (That is Mazie in the picture. Spends most of her day on the rug by me at my desk.) and my favorite; loving husband to the beautiful woman in the picture with me. As a Medicare card carrying senior, I look back over a full life. My chosen life ‘occupation’ (my Mother could never bring herself to call it a 'job') was to take teens on a cross country camping trip; 3000 teens in all, spanning 33 years. My nephew, Doug Gill, slipped into my shoes as I stepped into my retirement. Now he has passed it on to Sassy Smyth. Curious? Do a google search, 'tctw'. My friends and relatives worried about my having too much time on my hands in retirement so they gave me their resort properties to manage. My reputation as a good manager/agent grew. Now 12 properties fill my stable. It was 1967 when I took ownership of my first rental property. In the years since, I have bought and sold 11. I come to you with a lot of experience.
