Our spacious 100m² apartment "Lieschenhüs" awaits you in the 1st. First floor with bright, friendly rooms and a maritime interior with great attention to detail. Whether as a family of four or as a couple: in this apartment you will feel comfortable and safe from everyday stress, even your fur nose is a welcome guest!
After an eventful day between Schlei and the Baltic Sea you can end the evening on the large balcony overlooking the beautiful small town Kappeln ... make yourself comfortable with a glass of wine in the comfortable lounge furniture or on the sun loungers and enjoy the view over the loop - an absolute highlight!
If our North German weather does not encourage you to go out, the apartment offers many amenities to spend a nice day indoors as well. The light-filled living and dining area invites you to linger with a high-quality sofa set and media entertainment is provided by the large flat-screen TV with magenta TV, a stereo system and WLAN. Alternatively, you can make yourself comfortable in the armchair with an exciting book from the in-house holiday library!
Delicious meals can be wonderfully prepared in the state-of-the-art kitchen with a dishwasher and eaten together at the large dining table.
Two bedrooms with large 180x200cm double beds and views of the countryside make for peaceful nights and to start your day fresh, there is a state-of-the-art daylight bathroom with a large shower available!
In addition, the object offers a free parking space in front of the house and your bikes can be stored dry in the shed.
The apartment is located in 1. Floor of a two-family house and can only be reached by stairs. There is no elevator.

Perfekt

Lieschenhues liegt idyllisch etwas zurück versetzt am Schwandsener Ufer der Schlei gegenüber der Meerestochter. Die Ausrichtung gen Westen erlaubt herrliche Abendstunden auf der grossen Terrasse und unvergessliche Farbenspiele der Abendhimmel. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und komplett eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts! Die sehr sympathischen Eigentümer sind gelegentlich auch im Haus und garantieren höchsten Feriengenuss ohne Probleme. Von etlichen Wohnungen, die wir in den letzten Jahren im Raum Kappeln und Umgebung kennengelernt haben, ist das Lieschenhuus ganz, ganz weit vorne, in jeder Hinsicht!

Top Unterkunft

Die super und mit viel Liebe ausgestattete Fewo liegt direkt an der Schlei mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Kappelner Hafenpromenade und die Klappbrücke. Die komplett ausgestattete und sehr saubere Fewo ist sehr schön und hell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung extrem wohl gefühlt. Dazu beigetragen haben auch die ausgesprochen netten Vermieter. Die Wohnung kann von uns uneingeschränkt weiter empfohlen werden. Eigentlich verdient die Wohnung 6 Sterne.

Hier passt alles!

Die Ferienwohnung im Lieschenhüs ist wunderbar. Die ruhige Lage mit dem herrlichen Blick auf die Schlei erfüllt alle Urlaubswünsche. Die Ausstattung ist nicht nur sehr geschmackvoll, sondern es fehlte auch an nichts. Alles war in ausreichender Menge da. Das Eigentümer-Ehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Eine Wohlfühloase

Nach langer Anreise, war der herzliche Empfang durch die Vermieter eine Wohltat für die Seele und dann diese Wohnung.... herrlich. Absolut geschmackvoll und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll eingerichtet, wie fühlten uns sofort „angekommen“. Eine Flasche Sekt und ein üppiger Obstteller als Willkommensgruß machte die Vorfreude auf den Urlaub perfekt. Ganz zu schweigen, von dem tollen Ausblick vom Balkon direkt auf die Schlei. Es fehlte absolut nichts in der Wohnung und wir können uns, im Nachhinein, immer noch über die wunderschöne Einrichtung begeistern. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub im Lieschenhüs! Aber das absolute I- Tüpfelchen zu dieser Ferienwohnung sind die beiden Eigentümer. Immer freundlich, lustig, nie aufdringlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Wir sind krankheitsbedingt in eine mißliche Lage geraten und sie haben keinen Moment gezögert, um uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite zu stehen, so etwas findet man heute noch selten. Nochmals vielen Dank dafür!

Ein "MUSS" für jeden Urlauber an der Schlei

Diese Wohnung haben wir auf die "top-ten-Liste" unserer bisherigen Ferienwohnungen gesetzt. Der erste Plus-Punkt ergab sich schon bei dem besonders herzlichen Empfang der Vermieter, der nicht nur aus einer freundlichen Begrüßung bestand sondern zusätzlich noch mit einer Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank und einem üppigen Obstteller in der einladenden Ferienwohnung gekrönt wurde. Der erste positive Eindrück bestätigte sich über die Dauer des Aufenthaltes. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso wie das behagliche und schicke Badezimmer mit eigener kleiner Radioanlage. Der geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnraum mit Essbereich im "Friesen-look" strömen eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre aus. Leider konnten wir auf Grund des Novemberwetters den großen Balkon mit stilvollen Korbmöbeln und tollem Schleiblick nicht genießen. Wir haben uns in dieser großzügigen, geschmackvollen und sehr sauberen Unterkunft so wohl gefühlt wie zu Hause und werden hier gerne wieder Urlaub machen.

Super Urlaub in Kappeln

Wir haben einen sehr freundlichen Empfang erhalten. Die Ferienwohnung hält, was sie im Inserat verspricht. Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Schlei. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Unser besonderer Dank gilt dem Ehepaar Harksen, welches sich in sehr netter Weise um unser Wohlbefinden gekümmert hat. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
