On the upper floor there is the kitchen, the guest toilet, the dining and living room with a covered balcony (morning sun) and a beautiful view of Neustadt. In the sofa corner of the living room there is also a sofa bed that can be folded out into a double bed in the size of 1.40m by 2m. You can reach the lower floor via a spiral staircase or the external staircase.
