The stunning sugar-white sand of Navarre Beach, FL and beautiful turquoise water are upfront and center in lovely Pearl Breeze. Gorgeous view for miles. You can have it all when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 5th floor of the Pearl Building. The condo has views that are incredible, you can see and enjoy the Gulf and surrounding area up close and personal.

This fabulous appointed large condo has an incredible view from the floor to ceiling and wall to wall sliding glass doors that showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The balcony offers the ideal place to retreat, relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the fresh Gulf air and spectacular sparkling Gulf of Mexico.

The condo can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master, 1 Queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen pull out sofa in the living room.

The master bathroom offers an oversized shower, soaker tub, sink and toilet. There is dressing area in the master bedroom off the master bathroom, perfect when a couple is getting ready for their day or night on the town and need their own space.
The second bathroom is a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed. sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: (1) Queen Bed. sleeps 2.
Living Room: (1) Double Sofa Bed. sleeps 2.

The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table is centerally located and is perfect for family meals. Beach chairs (located in the condo), beach cart and towels are provided.

The West pool is heated full time.

The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Pearl.

**This complex does utilize outside security cameras in the front and back of building.

You are very close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.

Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.

This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.

***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
