Stay At The Beach proudly presents... The Pearl of Navarre, Unit 1601

The Pearl 1601 includes:
~ 3 Bedrooms
~ Sleeps 8
~ 1770 sq ft
~ Wi-Fi & Cable TV in living room and in all 3 bedrooms
~ Fully equipped kitchen (including blender & crock pot)
~ Keurig & regular coffee maker
~Washer & Dryer (iron & ironing board)
~ Pack n Play, Highchair
~ Beach service (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) set up March through October, with additional beach chairs & umbrellas to set up & use as you wish.

The Pearl Resort also includes:
~Walkover to the beach
~ Gulf Front Pool (Heated)
~ Hot Tub
~ Fitness Studio
~ Community Grills

Guest booking must be 25 years or older. NO PETS. No parties or events. No Smoking or Drug use on property. No fireworks. Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance. Rental Agreement & $300 Security Deposit REQUIRED. Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm FIRM. Out of respect for our wonderful neighbors, we enforce our local noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10pm & 8am.

*Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. No refunds will be given unless we are under mandatory evacuations. In the event of loss of power and/or internet, or any other "out of our control" event due to storms we will not grant refunds. Florida weather is unpredictable and we always recommend travel insurance.

Perfection!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The minute we stepped into the unit we were swept away by the floor to ceiling view of the gulf. The vibe is classy coastal. And as a detailed oriented person I appreciated all the “little things”, it was well stocked and super clean. They even had a sweet little Christmas tree all light up for us. Kristina was thorough in communicating everything we needed to know. We can’t wait to book again!

The host was very responsive. The condo had everything you needed to have a wonderful vacation. All you need is your bag of clothing and some food. Everything else is provided. Very clean and cozy unit with stunning views from the walls of windows. I would highly recommend.

This maybe the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. We had a maintenance issue shortly after checking in to the unit and the owner was so responsive and had the problem solved immediately. We will definitely book this unit again in the future!

We love staying in this condo. Margaret is easy to work with and communicates with us to give us updates as needed. Condo is always very clean and smells freshly cleaned on arrival. Margaret has everything you can imagine for a vacation just bring your suitcase. The gal in maintenance keeps the pool area clean and beautiful! It’s our favorite place to go and we will be back. Beautiful Beach Condo

This property was one of the best we’ve stayed at, and we have been coming to Navarre Beach for years. It is beautifully furnished and had many thoughtful touches, such as beach chairs, wagon, toys, etc. The provided paper towels, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, etc. were a very nice touch. Margaret was thoughtful and easy to communicate with at all times. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing condo! The views were beautiful! This condo has everything you need for a beach vacation. It has beach towels, which made things so much easier. Best week ever!!!!

This week was nothing short of amazing. I've started a tradition with taking my staff on vacation every year. We are looking forward to staying here again. Margaret was readily available for any questions I had. She's a gem!The condo is beautiful, convenient to the beach, pool & shopping. We ordered our groceries from Wal-Mart & the delivery person actually found our room with ease. I'm looking forward to staying next year!

Gorgeous Property & Excellent Stay!

This property is everything it says it is! The owners take care of every little detail. The condo is beautifully decorated. The balconies have lovely views. It was a perfect stay for us. Added bonus (as if you need one) is the wonderful white sandy beach and the prettiest turquoise blue waters. Can’t wait to go back!

Everything you need at the beach - heated pool is amazing

The condo has everything you need - cookware in great shape, dish towels, Tupperware, 2 washers and dryers, roku tvs, great view, easy beach access, and a heated pool that was a big advantage for a spring break trip. Great communication via text with host!

Hi! I'm originally from Minnesota. I love to design & decorate. I also love being mom to our 3 amazing kids. My husband, Chris, is a retired Air Force Chaplain from Mississippi. He loves real estate & keeping us guessing-- "What could our next family adventure possibly be?!"

When we were first married, we were stationed at Hurlburt Field AFB. Living in Navarre, we fell in love with the white sand & turquoise water. As our family began to grow- so did treasured memories of walks on the beach, swimming in the warm gulf water, sea shell hunting & sand castle making.

Since then, we have been stationed from sea to shining sea, which only confirmed to us that Navarre Beach is truly the most relaxing, beautiful beach there is.
