This 2-story home is perfect for large families or friends vacationing together, with two dining spaces, a new kitchen with upgraded cabinets, countertops & BOSCH stainless-steel appliances, with luxury vinyl flooring throughout the home. There are multiple entertaining spaces on the first floor, along with a full wet bar and wine fridge, and laundry room equipped with a full-size Maytag washer and dryer.
Enjoy grilling on our outdoor deck, grab a fig from our fresh fig tree, and enjoy spectacular Bayside sunsets under a fully retractable awning. Multiple smart TVs, Nest-controlled heating/cooling, fully stocked kitchen with lots of extras, and TWO of the four bedrooms with private double-sink bathrooms.
