Very cute cottage on the river. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and comfortable. We arrived early to beat an incoming hurricane and reached out to request early arrival. The owner responded immediately and was very kind to get the house ready for us as soon as the previous renters checked out! We would definitely stay again!

Very nice overall. Would be nice to have a decent chair. Only seat was at dining table or the bed. Great view from porch but birds had used it as a toilet.

This beautiful property located on the Watauga River was nothing short of gorgeous. Roy, was absolutely amazing and more than attentive to any need we had. The cabin was clean and modern. Everything you need for a stay here was at your fingertips. The fishing was great and the nights by the fire can never be matched at the Hilton. Cannot brag on this property or Roy enough. Thank you, Thank you, thank you. We'll see you again soon. A BIG 5 STARS
