Townhome 108 is a two level unit with a ground level entry. This home has one bedroom and bathroom downstairs and three bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs in addition to beds in an open loft. The kitchen/dining area, living room with a wood burning fireplace and covered deck view of the golf course are all on the entry level. The house is located near the No. 6 and No.15 hole. The home has central air, one car garage, washer/dryer, Mr. coffee maker and WI-FI. Sleeps 14 people 2500sp ft. Pets are not allowed in any rental unit. There will be a $1,000 fine for unauthorized pets.
