Charmant chalet sur 65 acres de terrain

Notre charmante ferme a Ă©tĂ© entiĂšrement restaurĂ©e et rĂ©novĂ©e avec des Ă©quipements modernes. Il est prĂȘt pour vous de venir visiter. Une fois une ferme en activitĂ© loin de tout, nous avons toujours la superficie, mais maintenant elle n'est plus qu'Ă  2 miles de la ville! Les principaux magasins juste en bas de la rue comprennent Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Chico's, Dick's Sporting Goods, JoAnn's Crafts, JC Penney, Belk et bien d'autres encore Ă  Providence Place of Mt. Juliette, TN. De grandes Ă©piceries ainsi qu'une grande salle de cinĂ©ma sont Ă©galement prĂ©sentes.

Si Nashville est l'endroit oĂč vous vous dirigez, nous sommes situĂ©s Ă  1,6 km du comtĂ© de Davidson. 2 miles Ă  la I-40, puis Ă  seulement 14 miles du centre-ville.

Si vous voulez vous évader et vous détendre, promenez-vous dans notre bel étang et faites une promenade en pédalo, une balançoire, du poisson ou un pique-nique. Les écuries sont à seulement 2 fermes sur la route!

The cottage was quaint, clean, and cozy. The queen beds were comfortable and the cottage was well-equipped for our stay. The property manager was amazing. She even left a coffee cake for us. A very nice shopping center was within ten minutes and a historical cemetery is right across the road. All in all a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cottage. The outdoor scenery was lovely with plenty of birds and wildlife and a nice trail that you can walk back to the pond. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The drive to Nashville was less than 30 minutes, and there was a grocery store close by, so it was also conveniently located. Dolores left us a delicious coffee cake which was very appreciated. We would stay here again.

The house was very quaint. It was so quiet and we enjoyed hearing the birds singing. Delores was a wonderful host. She was very responsive, and she even baked us a wonderful cake. It was a great stay for us.

This is the sweetest little place! Secluded enough but convenient shopping nearby, and downtown Nashville just a short drive away. We sat on the deck and saw deer in the fields almost every day. The host brought us an amazing caramel cake that we shared with our friends who were staying nearby. If we get back to the area we would definitely stay again!

Country Living

Thoroughly loved our stay at this charming cottage on 65 acres of sprawling farmland. The house was perfect for the three of us and we enjoyed relaxing on the deck and enjoying the sounds of singing birds. The well apportioned kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy some nice breakfasts and dinners in the breakfast nook. Everything we needed for a relaxing get away but close to Nashville for exploring as well.

Wow! Just Wow!

This charming cottage 'wraps its arms around you' like you are family. All you need to bring is your toothbrush! Delores made a delicious cake and left it on the counter in the kitchen for us to enjoy during our stay. The location was central to everything we needed. We will return!

Christmas charm

We chose the cottage for our Christmas get away. The location is perfect. Nice and quiet but still close to all the activities we wanted to do. The cottage itself is charming and had everything we needed. Delores the host was very nice and even baked a cake for us!!We would definitely stay there again

my husband denies second stay here while visiting family in Nashville. It is perfect quiet out-of-the-way comfortable and clean. Dolores is an amazing host. I'm sure we'll be back again.

A quick getaway

Everything with the property was great! No complaints, and Ms. Delores was just a call or text away. Everything was close by and there was enough in the area for food at decent prices. The kitchen is also well stocked with utensils, spices and odds and ends so you just need to bring a few things if you are planning on cooking. There are several grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The only warning I want to give is about downtown Nashville itself. If you are planning on spending any time in the city, Uber or a taxi. Parking in lots or garages is SOOOO expensive (we paid $65 to park for a few hours) and it would have been cheaper to get a ride in.

Beautiful Farmhouse

We stayed for a week. The house and owner, Delores, are both lovely. The process was super easy. Easy drive to Nashville but far enough away to be countryside. Cheers for the coffee cake. Thank you Delores!

Highly recommend this place if you are visiting Mt. Juliet area or Nashville. The place is charming and exceptionally clean.

Great choice!

We were in town for a conference and were a group of 4 women sharing the space. We LOVED waking to deer in the back field (and yard) each morning, taking walks to the pond, watching the sunset & fireflies each night while sitting on the back deck, etc... There were a few minor issues (ie: one of us locked herself out when the other 3 were out) but Delores the host was quick to respond to & rectify any troubles. The home was well stocked with basics we needed right down to bug spray, dish soap, paper towels, etc... which we appreciated. Tons of towels as well- a great touch! A few things to note: -there is no door between two of the bedrooms (access to the one queen room through the room with 2 twins) and the door on the third bedroom was hard to close (needs sanded); -the bathroom, one bedroom & dining area is a step down from the rest of the house (be careful at night); -the home sits close to the road and the 65 acres is all to the rear of the house (as is the pond) Reading the description we thought it was back a long lane by the pond BUT this was no issue- just making sure people know. It was the perfect size, plenty of privacy, and we would most certainly book there again! THANK YOU Delores for all the comforts and hospitality. Oh- the coffee cake was yummy & such a sweet touch.
