Great location for bourbon trail trip

We had a great time and the place was awesome. Easy location that is just far enough outside of downtown but still yet close enough to uber to anywhere you needed to go. Host actually drove us to Bardstown for a barrel pick we were in town for, Nikki is awesome and was a great host!

Awesome House

This house is super fun. Really cool decorating. Back patio and hot tub are top notch. Niki is a fantastic host and took good care of us! Highly recommend.

Amazing Louisville Retreat

We had an amazing experience. The house was beautiful and decorated so fun and a style we loved. The back deck and hot tub were a great way to end our evenings after touring the bourbon trail all day. Communication with the owners excellent, check in / check our was easy. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit.

Fantastic Birthday Getaway

This property was fantastic and the perfect getaway for my husbands 40th birthday party with friends. The owners Niki and Greg were amazing and quick to answer questions. The back porch was amazing! Will definitely come back! ❤️

Not as anticipated

The home was spacious and lovely as described and in a quiet neighborhood with convenient location to stores, restaurants and highway. It is a shared space as the owners live in this home. Closet and drawer space were not provided, and refrigerator and freezer space also limited as it had the owner's own items. The final house rules on the day of check in were a surprise and absolutely no visitors outside the registered guests were allowed. As these rules could change, I would recommend you ask to see them before booking. The owner promptly responds to all texts and questions and provided a lists of good local restaurants.

So sorry it wasn't to your satisfaction. We realize you wanted to have outside guests in our Home and you were disappointed with our restrictions. That is why we be sure to have guests read through the house rules twice. We provide hanging space, a dresser, and 2 refrigerators. We were not made aware that you needed an additional refrigerator or additional luggage storage. We try to provide reasonable requests to our guests. In tte future, please, let us know and read through the house rules to have a clear picture of your booking.

Family trip to the Bourbon Trail.

We absolutely loved the back porch and hot tub. It was very relaxing to just kick back after touring all day. The location was very close to many restaurants and Louisville was about 30 min. away.
