Bring the whole family and friends to our beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Louisville retreat with a Pool (open May-Oct), Hot Tub, Mini Gym with Dumbbells, and Recreation room. The entire house is open for your experience. Perfect for your Kentucky getaway! Kid and Family friendly, this guest favorite home is what you've been looking for. With a charming vibe, a comfortable feel, you will get exactly what you're looking for at this stay.
This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Louisville retreat is exactly what you've been looking for. Have a splash in our pool or sit back and relax in our hot tub. Build those muscles at our Mini Gym equipped with Dumbbells and have fun with the entire family in our recreation room. The entire house is open to you and your family for your getaway.

Note: NO PARTIES!!

This property has an open feel with a spacious dining room and beautiful open Kitchen that leads to the backyard with the pool and hot tub. Whether you're having fun cooking a family meal or making waves in our pool, this space will make you feel home away from home.

You and your family will have tons of space to have fun and be together. With an open backyard, open-concept living room with an XL smart TV, large recreational area with the cozy gym, you will not be disappointed.

A feast from the movies? Our dining room presents a cozy family-feel so you can bring your family closer than ever during your meals.

The downstairs floor has an entire room with a mini gym with dumbbells for your gains, a foosball table, a smart TV with beautiful furniture, and a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom, and lots of open space.

Got some work to do? We have an office available to you next to the second bedroom. I mean really, we have everything you need for your stay.
Guest access:
You will have access to the entire home. Pool and Hot Tub are open to you, all living and dining rooms, kitchen (with all appliances), downstairs floor with gym, entire backyard. This space is yours!

Pool needed cleaning. We hooked the vacuum up but it didn’t work well. Not sure if the owner is aware but water leaks out of the filter system. Quiet neighborhood, centrally located near attractions. Off to a bad start when we didn’t receive check in information. Vrbo help desk was able to assist, and once we arrived we were able to check in. Overall, the home was as described, with a few quirky exceptions. There were lamps in every room, but only very few had light bulbs to allow use. Since only the master bedroom had a TV, without light, couldn’t see to read at night. Master en-suite bathroom had no hot water in shower. Hallway bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, we were able to fix it ourselves. It appeared that perhaps the house was a recent purchase, and perhaps had been quickly decorated (price tags visible on living room decor)
.but according to other reviews, that doesn’t seem to be the case. Swimming pool and hot tub were dirty. Cleaners showed up on our last day, while the kids were in the pool. Lawn mowers also came to do yard work while we were outside n the yard. There was a washer and dryer, so we were able to launder towels while there. We enjoyed our trip, but the home could have been better.

Great large home, perfect for extended stay

We had a great stay. The house is very nice and well maintained. Setup is perfect for large families or multiple families. Pool and hot tub an excellent bonus!

2nd time here

This is a super place for a large family or a group of friends, tons of space, great location in the city, close to downtown, airport and fair grounds. We were in the back yard every day the weather would allow.

Nice Home

The home was nice and as described. The neighborhood was also nice, but in a rougher part of town. We had minor maintenance issues. The back door would not lock, the bathroom in the basement flooded and it took 2 days for someone to come fix the problem. The handle on the oven came off, but I was able to screw it back on. Owner communication was very good.

The hot tub water was dirty, so we couldn’t use it. The garbage cans were filled and garbage put all outside of the cans. The grill did not work, but the owner immediately sent over a charcoal grill with coals and lighter.

Derby Weekend

We stayed for the derby weekend and the house was great! Nice neighborhood, clean house, close to airport & Churchill downs. Would definitely stay here again.

Louder Than Life Home

myself and three colleagues stayed here while attending Louder Than Life; was only 15 min from the venue and the airport, and having a kitchen, laundry and pool was awesome! Great spot and we will be back!

Underwhelming but met its purpose

The location was great. It was close to downtown Louisville. I also felt it was a safe neighborhood. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool and false advertisement of having a heater in the pool. The pictures were taken in angles to show the house as grand and lux. Once we walked in we were disappointed due to how expensive a night was. I won’t stay there again and I will do extra research before staying in a VRBO vs a hotel next time. I thought VRBO was a more lux option.

Things to work on.

Garage had a truck in it. No access. No laundry basket or laundry room. Master bedroom bed frame. Kept falling apart. Dining chairs loose. House was beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. Great hot tub. Facilities were very nice. Very spacious. Would definitely use again.

Great Thanksgiving Time

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving time with our son, daughter in law, and 4 grandchildren who came to visit us from Northern Virginia. The house was very comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. We highly recommend the neighborhood too. The kitchen was a great space for each person in the family assisting to prepare Thanksgiving dinner. Great food!! Great time!! Great house!!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful and clean! We were disappointed to find out that the heated pool was down for maintenance. Also the hot tub did not get above 95. Those were the the 2 amenities that I purposely wanted when I reserved this home.
