The master bedroom has a king size bed, Smart TV and its own private ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, Smart TV and its own ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bunk room is perfect for traveling with children, includes a third full bathroom to be shared by guests using the pull-out sofa in the living room. The unit also has a washing machine and dryer.

- Parking & Wristbands: There is an additional one-time Registration Fee of $48 plus tax & credit card fees (subject to change) to be paid prior to arrival that includes up to 2 Parking Passes and 8 wristbands. This fee is in addition to the reservation fee and is paid directly to the resort. A link to pay will be sent via email prior to arrival. Max 2 vehicles per HOA restrictions. Watercraft, trailers, campers, golf carts and oversized vehicles are not allowed to be parked on premises.
- Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this unit.
- Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We provide only a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
