Great place for a girls trip

Condo was perfect! Updates made the unit very cozy and comfortable during our stay. Thankful we didn’t have to use the elevators much and could just take the stairs. Mattresses were so comfortable!

Tidewater is in a great location for all the fireworks and holiday activity. Security does strictly inforce the no umbrellas in front of the beach chairs.

This unit is perfect for what it advertises. The only thing that it needs is a pantry for food. Otherwise it’s a great condo.

Perfect Weekend Stay

The condo at Tidewater at PCB was perfect for my family that visited for my son’s high school graduation. The unit was super cute and had all the amenities for a short weekend stay. The corner balcony offered extra space to enjoy the beautiful beach view. Being a local, we’ve stayed in several condos here and this ranks as one of the best given its proximity to Pier Park. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful condo!

The condo is beautiful, clean and very updated. The beds are super comfortable and the location in the building is extremely convenient! Being on the 3rd floor, you don’t need to use the elevator. We would definitely recommend this condo and certainly stay here again!

Great condo

We had a blast! The views were beautiful and the owner was very friendly and wonderful to work with. We really enjoyed the benefit of being on the third floor because a condo building this large can definitely get backed up at the elevators, so it was very convenient being on the third floor and having access to the stairs. We had plenty of room with our 3 kids and loved that the condo had boards for the kids to use. We also enjoyed the complementary two chairs and an umbrella. Every day we were there that was extremely helpful.

Best beach condo!

We were very excited to be staying at this beautiful condo leading up to our trip and when we got there it did not disappoint! It was spacious, very clean and the decor was very modern and trendy! We loved everything about it! Amazing view of the pool and beach and we had a toddler who loved it just as much! It’s very kid friendly space with no breakables in kids access which we very much appreciated! The owners were very friendly and truly wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay great! We will be back!!!

Cute, comfortable condo - easy beach and activity access

I absolutely loved this condo! The size was perfect for me and my family, with plenty of beds and spacious rooms. The decor and cleanliness really elevated our stay. It truly felt like we were in a high-end hotel. Being on the third floor was super convenient, as we could easily take the stairs and come and go without hassle. The view was beautiful, and watching the sunset was a wonderful bonus. The kitchen was well laid out and easy to use, which made staying in for meals comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated how accessible the beach and pool were. There was no long walk or need to haul gear, which made a big difference. Another major plus was the location. The condo was within walking distance to restaurants and stores, so everything we needed was close by. The kids loved being able to walk to Pier Park, and my son really enjoyed using the condo gym. It was also great to meet other families with kids the same age as ours. It added a nice sense of community to our stay. Overall, my family and I had a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again!

This unit is decorated beautifully and has a beautiful view, Tidewater itself is horrible. Broken elevators, closed pool, and rude staff.. will never stay here again . Very disappointing

We absolutely loved this condo! It was beautifully decorated and gave boho chic beach vibes! The view from the balcony was amazing! I did give a 4 star rating for the location only because there is some construction going on in the area but other than that it was perfect! It’s only a maybe 10 minute walk to Pier Park which was nice. We had a group of 8 which included 4 adults 2 teens and 2 under 12. So it was definitely family friendly! It comes highly recommended in my book!

Overall we had a pretty good experience but there are a few things that would have made it more enjoyable. One thing was the master bedroom was warmer than the rest of the condo. Secondly, the elevators have an extensive wait time and some were out of service. Thankfully we were on the 3rd floor so taking the stairs wasn’t an issue.

Perfect Ocean Front Getaway

This condo is beautifully situated on the beach with an outdoor balcony to watch the waves and listen to them crash onto the shore. This was our first trip to PCB. The water is so blue and the beach has nice white sand. We appreciated being able to watch sunsets each night from the balcony with our favorite beverage. The inside is absolutely beautiful and recently renovated. Think HGTV worthy in terms of décor and the nice touches to make your stay comfortable and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was extremely clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with anything you could possible need. We also enjoyed being close to the pier and its many restaurants, but also far enough away for peace and quiet. The owner was easy to communicate with and made our check-in and check-out so easy. We had such a wonderful vacation!

Such a gorgeous condo! Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The views were stunning overlooking the clear blue ocean and we loved watching the sunset every night from the balcony. The condo itself was beautifully decorated in fresh new decor and colors. There was so much attention to detail everywhere you turned. We had everything we needed to relax and cook in every night with a well stocked kitchen. It was chilly during our trip so we were so happy for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The furnishings and bed were so comfortable with very soft linens. The owner was friendly and attentive, and checked in on us to make sure our stay was going as anticipated. We especially loved the on-site amenities, including the indoor and outdoor pool with hot tub, gym, and sauna. The location offered lots of options to walk during the day to shop or grab lunch. Overall, I would highly recommend Unit 300 at Tidewater to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

Loved our stay!

We came back to PCB with our kids to enjoy our Spring Break. My expectations were definitely exceeded. The owners had clearly put a lot of thought into making sure their guests had everything they needed for a comfortable stay. The condo was beautiful and the location couldn't have been better. We loved that we didn’t have to use the elevator because access to the stairs was so convenient being in the 3rd level. We could be out on the beach in just minutes. Our balcony views of the clear blue water of the gulf and sunset were breathtaking! We spent most our time on the well maintained beach. The sand is so soft compared to the Atlantic! We also bounced from the hot tubs to the pools. My son and husband enjoyed using the gym on-site as well. We were not short on entertainment. Pier Park was close enough to walk to with lots of shopping and dining. There were several activities there as well to entertain the kids when we needed to take a brake from the sun. Overall, I would highly recommend this beach condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing vacation spot, its truly a gem.

Be ready to walk the stairs

Beautiful condo that was partially cleaned. We found items belonging to the last renters, the drains in the master bath were clogged, only 4 towels and wash cloths for 9 people (advertised for 8+) they were in the dryer wet when we arrived but worst of all was the majority of the elevators do not work. Not in the parking garage or the actual Tidewater building. Be prepared because you will be taking the stairs A LOT. The check in instructions say to come to the first floor to check in and that’s incorrect. Go to the parking garage and go to the 2nd floor cross walk and check in is on the 2nd floor. The “sofa bed” is a sectional that does not fold out to a bed. It’s actually sections that will not hook together and constantly come apart so if you planning to use it as a bed, it’s not very comfortable. There is construction in the area so it’s very loud especially early morning. I recommend staying at the other end of PCB. Try the Commodore or Treasure Island.

Adorable Condo, location not so great

First of all this condo is absolutely adorable! It is so well decorated and you can tell the owners put a ton of time into their remodel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The floors when we arrived were extremely dirty but Amy immediately had the cleaning crew return to the clean the floors. Be careful when booking this property that you’re aware the room is on the side of the building and NOT directly on the ocean. The balcony is very small with a side view of the ocean. Most windows in the condo face the houses next door or the street. Both bedrooms are looking onto the road. We were highly disappointed and would not have booked this property if we would have known. There was also a lack of plugs in the bedrooms. We had to unplug lamps and the tv in order to plug in our phones and other chargers. It would be nice to have a multi outlet plug in the bedrooms. As far as the resort itself, we would not choose to stay here again. There is an extreme lack of elevators… wait times are horrendous! We ended up taking the stairs most of the time, but with a wagon full of items for the beach that isn’t always possible. The staff/security were very unfriendly and not very helpful at all. I want to repeat that the host of this property was very communicative and also the condo itself is super nice! Just be weary that it is NOT on the ocean front side of the building.

I’ve been a host for 12 years, and this building was my first investment. After owning properties in multiple states and buildings, I chose to return and remodel here because it’s truly one of my favorites.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Tidewater is one of those rare buildings that truly has it all. With every imaginable amenity, the whitest sand, and some of the deepest beaches in the area, it offers the perfect beachside escape. I love being on the quieter side of Panama City Beach, just a short drive from the charm of Rosemary Beach and 30A, but with the convenience of much better beach access.
