Spacious space in the heart of Silver Spring.

Bedroom: 1 queen size bedroom walk-in closet, dresser for extra clothes storage, lamp, iron, two complimentary bathrobes, and large window for extra lighting. We offer a queen size air mattress, complete with pillows and bedding for additional sleeping space.

Bathroom: extra towels, hand soap, complimentary body wash+shampoo+and conditioner
Kitchen: the kitchen is fully stocked with a variety of glasses, dish-ware, utensils, pots, pans, cooking spices, coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods, sugars and creamers, and snacks.

Dining area: seating area for 4 to either dine or get some work done!

Living room: comfortable couch, games for your entertainment, and a smart TV to download and sign into your favorite streaming service

Other: washer and dryer in the building - we provide a laundry card. Free high speed internet, wireless internet. Guests have access to the pool and fitness center.

We are a smoke free building, smoking is not allowed on premise.
NO dog in the apartment.

Nur ein Schlafzimmer, obschon es hiess 2 Schlafzimmer. Mega mühsam mit Adresse bekommen. Hände weg für Ausländer, die eine Adresse für Esta brauchen. Checkin mit Lockerbox. 1 Std. vorher bekommen. Aufblasbares Notbett, das Luft verliert. Keine Decke, musste eine kaufen. Schlecht geputzt. Nie wieder.

In order to pursue this American Dream along with my daughter, I started this rental business on May 2022 as my birthday gift and I hope to host many of you as you head to the DVM.
