Designer Apartment with Brand New Bathroom and All the Amenities!

Fully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, apartment on the first level of our home with the guest experience in mind. Queen bed in bedroom, comfortable couch and inflatable queen bed available. Herman Miller desk and Aeron chair, and large monitor with usb-c plug . Outdoor patio and access to backyard, well-equipped kitchen, quiet space with all that you need to be comfortable for a week, a month, or more.

The place has everything that you need including a kitchen with an undercounted fridge that holds plenty of groceries, a quiet dishwasher, a convection or microwave oven (does both) and a 4-burner stove.

The dining area has 4 chairs, while the coffee/tea station offers a tea kettle, Keurig coffee machine (with pods) and a drip coffee maker. We always have coffee, tea, and accompaniments.

North Cleveland Park is a great neighborhood in DC that is close to restaurants, coffee shops, bus, metro, trails, groceries, and much more.

We came to Dc for my sons summer camp for a week and we chose this property as it was walking distance to the camp. it turned out that we made a very good decision to rent this home. our hosts samer and denise designed and prepared the place wonderfully by carefully taking into account what a family may need. as a family we love eating in and the kitchen was so well equipped that the only thing we needed was a shop for groceries which is nearby (lidl, target etc). the place was very clean and all the amenities were there to make us comfortable from ac to plenty of towels to coffee capsules. the neighborhood is quiet. there's a swimming pool nearby. didnt go to the restaurants but saw some like mcdonals. very close to d80 bus stop that takes to union station and 10 min walk to metro station to go to close to national mall. samer always asked if we needed anything. cant really find downsides to write, some minor issues are not even worth mentioning. overall we loved staying here. would definitely come back if needed. thank you samer, oliver and denise. all the best.

Better than home away from home

Dream stay! Very comfortable, clean, so quiet, so relaxing! Nicely decorated and fully stocked with all we needed. The host accommodated us with a special request, and was excellent with communication. The location is walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, train, and Uber is always 5 min away! I would stay again next time!

Well-thought out apartment, special hosts

Spacious apartment, thoughtfully furnished with all necessities. Hosts went overboard to make us feel welcome and accommodate our needs. Great location in beautiful neighborhood in NW DC with easy parking and walk to eateries, grocery stores etc. on Wisconsin Ave. Metro is a little further away (Red Line at Tenleytown or Van Ness) but still walkable. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely 4-night stay

We enjoyed the attractive large space, well designed and set up for visitors. Our host was friendly and helpful. About a 15 minute walk to the Metro station.

Wonderful stay in DC

As other reviews have mentioned, I cannot say enough about our stay and how wonderful this little apartment was for us. So many small touches - wireless chargers, umbrellas, electric controls for shades, huge TV. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful neighborhood. 10 min walk to metro. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Hosts super attentive to questions. We will be back.

The apartment and the hosts are amazing. The apartment offers everything we needed. Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) several restaurants and a metro station could be found. We can absolutely recommend to stay here. When we visit Washington again, we would love to rent this apartment again.

We truly wanted to keep this gem our little secret, but hopefully the hosts will have more properties to rent out. Firstly, the pictures do the property no justice. You will have the most gorgeous, PRIVATE, spaceous apt away from home for the duration of your vacation. Our hosts spared no amenity - if there is anything you need, simply ask (they are very responsive!) We were welcomed with fresh flowers and our hosts even took the time to prepare a coffee & tea bar with our preference of dairy. The kitchenette complete with toaster, microwave, pots/pans, dining ware and frige saved us so much money on food. Did i mention the place was CLEAN! It smelled wonderful - that truly meant so much to us, coming from many other previous rentals. Cleaning supplies are available for the OCD like the mother in our party. Here's another secret: You will LOVE the laundry room. There is a sitting area in the front porch with the beautiful grassy area and even a tomato plant :)) At night there are lights for when you want to enjoy the quiet night air. Location is another A , short drive from downtown DC in an area that we consider feels much safer, quieter, and less touristy (another tip: you will get a chance to drive through Embassy Row to get to-and-from this location). Safety: There are cameras on the property and ample lighting in and outside the apartment. The only thing you should be extremely careful about: PARKING. Make sure you follow the hosts' parking instructions closely!

The perfect stay

My husband and I were staying in DC to visit our new grandson. This property was the perfect location and the owners were very accommodating and gracious. We had everything we needed to make us feel welcome including fresh fruit, coffee and tulips upon arrival. Every amenity was provided, internet, washer/dryer, storage, games, puzzles, site seeing books, even umbrellas along with basics like plates, glasses and cooking utensils. A very comfortable apartment with detail to guest needs. The owners are wonderful! We would stay there again anytime we are in DC.

Great DC Spot

Fantastic property with great hosts in lovely and leafy DC neighbourhood. Super well appointed lower ground floor unit. Great linens and towels and exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Very sleek, clean and comfortable

I highly recommend this property. It was very comfortable and very clean. The styling was modern and included every amenity you can think of. The owners/managers were very responsive and kind. And the neighborhood was wonderful too. Very walkable, close to restaurants and just a short Uber to town.

New meaning for well appointed.

Our hosts thought of everything. So much thought was given to maintaining our stay as comfortably as possible. Communication was easy and during this covid time, nicely hands free. The apartment was extremely clean and filled with lovely little amenities that make an away from home easy. The area was easy walkable and not far from site seeing. We did an inexpensive Uber/lift to the national mall and it was great. I definitely recommend you stay here.

Great apartment, wonderful hosts.

I spent four weeks in DC to help with daycare for my two+ year old grandson. Aside from the adult amenities, there were children's books and puzzles he loved. I enjoyed the modern appliances and comfort of the furnishings after a day of "playing". Denise and her husband were welcoming and helpful. Due to covid, I wan't able to see much of the neighborhood or DC this trip, but will do so next time.

This Property was Amazing. Everything that you could need was in This Place. It was Super Clean. The Amenities were out of this world. From TV, Washer and Dryer, A Kitchenette with a Oven/ Microwave In One, Silverwear, Plates, pots and Pans, Ironing Board and Iron, Natural Dish and Hand Soap. The Owners were Super Friendly and Nice. I Would Stay here Again or Recommend This place to Anyone. The Area was very Quite and Peaceful especially to be In D.C.

Perfect

The property is exactly as described. The bed is cozy, the couch is comfortable, the place is immaculate. I was able to cook easily, and conduct business as if I were at home. The owners are incredible people - responsive to any requests (how do I turn on the...), respectful, and so fun to be around. Without hesitation, I would recommend staying here!
