This home was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located for access to both Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. It is a new home that is fully socked with Coffee, spices and many things you need to cook at home.

Quinta House is a Great Place to stay in Desert Hot Springs

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quinta House. The property is in great condition and the manager (Elkhan) was very attentive to our questions and needs. The location is close to restaurants and shopping in Desert Hot Springs, not far from the airport, an easy drive to the outlet mall, and enables short drives to various golf courses. All in all, it was an exceptional experience, even though the weather did not cooperate at the end of our trip with rain. Work was being done in the back yard with a pool being added but that did not bother us - this improvement will add considerably to the enjoyment of the property. Don't hesitate to reserve this super place!!!

A big yes to newer construction, attractive interior space, roomy kitchen/ dining/ entertainment area. Very clean and highly functional bathrooms. Nice gas BBQ and tools. Backyard pool/spa combo framed but not functional. Host was very communicative, and kind when I asked again about the door code. He was also nice to allow us to check out an hour late because of Daylight Saving losing an hour. The wind was very gusty during our weekend stay that unfortunately upon entering the property a gust blew a cute clay vase right of the entry table. Will keep in mind for future concerts at Fantasy Springs Casino.

Exactly As Pictured

The home was pleasingly appointed. It was bright and roomy. All that you needed to enjoy your time away from home was provided for you. Each of the guest bedrooms were large and the master was huge. The beds were memory-foam type and very comfortable. We enjoyed the 65-70" smart TV and the dining/kitchen table was definitely roomy for our dining needs. I would have liked a sofa along with the loveseat and chairs in the living room, but we were quite comfortable. Restaurants, fast-food and convenience stores were within a 5-10 minute drive. But, if you wanted to truly cook, all the utensils, dishes, pots/pans were available to you. We would definitely repeat the stay (and perhaps the pool and spa under construction in the backyard will be complete).
