Welcome to La Casita, a beautiful Villa located on the hills of Aguada over looking a stunning breathtaking ocean Mountain View. The property is completely private and secluded perfect for a family or group of friends looking to escape and disconnect.
The space
As you walk onto the property you will automatically feel relaxed, comfortable and right at home! The living room space is connected to the kitchen (fully equipped) and large dining table (great for entertaining guests). There is also a private office space featuring high ceilings, a computer, a desk, chalkboard wall, shelves, books and A/C (perfect for working remotely). The living area has rocking chairs, a full size futon, board games and leads to the outdoor terrace that over looks the amazing mountain and ocean views. In addition, there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms: The bunk room offers two twin size and a full size bed, perfect for kids or extra guests. The master room has a queen size bed, large bathroom and beautiful views of the mountains and ocean with access to the outdoor terrace. The outdoor terrace is comfortably furnished with hammocks with cozy blankets, rocking chairs, large wooden bench table, grill, washer, dryer, basketball net, corn hole game, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and jacuzzi with a stunning mountain backdrop.
Guest access
This residence is located in the hills of Aguada. A very quiet and completely private property. La Casita minutes away from PR-2, PR-115. You’ll be just a short 20 minute drive away from all of Aguadas and Rincon most desired destination spots.

We expect guests to treat our home with respect and as if it were theirs.
HOUSE RULES:
1. Visitors not listed on your reservation are not allowed.
2. This is a family friendly property. Children and infants are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation.
3. Every person in your group must be included in the guest numbers.
4. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT: Checking in early or before 3:n00 p.m. is not allowed unless previously coordinated ($150 fee) and authorized by us. Checkout is at 11:00 am, please be considerate as our staff needs to clean the unit for the next guests, everyone wants to arrive to a clean house.
5. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ARE ALLOWED.
6. Guests are responsible for keeping the house in clean and sanitary conditions until the end of their reservation.
7. QUIET ENJOYMENT: Guests shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other or nearby residents. Illegal activities or drugs of any kind are not allowed on this property.
8. Guest will be charged the total cost to replace any missing or damaged items during their reservation. ANY DAMAGE MUST BE NOTED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF CHECK IN OR IT WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE GUESTS.
9. Guest agrees to know and pay for following fees if any rules are broken:
a. Smoking: $200 for each day you are in the apartment smoking
b. Late checkout: $150 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
c. Lost keys: $150 to replace keys and locks as of lost keys
d. Long term reservations will be charged an additional Service Fee Cleaning after every 7 days.
10. You ensure you have a crime free record and won’t carry any weapons to the property.
11. ACCIDENTS, INJURIES OR ILLNESS: The unit is privately owned. Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or outdoors. Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
12. A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund.
13. You agree to be booking in good will and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that a violation of the House Rules occur.
14. If any non-following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest, you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.

e. Under age must be accompany by an adult
16. Please do not flush toilet paper, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or trash in the toilet. Guests will be responsible for damages.


Backyard fire pit safety tips

A fire of any kind demands serious attention to safety. The National Fire Protection Association and ReadyWV offer the following fire pit safety advice:

Check wind direction before lighting a fire.
Don't use flammable fluids (gasoline, lighter fluid, etc.) to light or relight fires.
Don't wear flammable clothing (like nylon) or any loose-fitting clothing.
Keep children and pets at least three feet away from the fire.
Avoid using soft woods like pine or cedar, because they can pop and throw sparks.
Keep a fire extinguisher, garden hose or bucket of water nearby
