Ocean views, colorful sunsets, and beach days await at this comfortable Rincón retreat. With the beach just across the road, two private balconies, and space for up to six guests, it’s an inviting place to enjoy Puerto Rico’s west coast with family or friends.

TWO KING BEDROOMS & TWO FULL BATHROOMS

Rest in two bedrooms featuring modern king-size canopy beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Both full bathrooms include rainfall shower heads and tubs. Bed linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers are provided.

PRIVATE BALCONIES & OCEAN VIEWS

Start your morning with freshly brewed Puerto Rican coffee, relax between beach outings, and unwind as the sun sets over the Caribbean. Two private balconies give you space to enjoy the coastal breeze, with an additional view toward Desecheo Island from the entryway.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR REAL MEALS

Prepare everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners in the fully equipped kitchen. You’ll find a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, utensils, glassware, and basic cooking condiments.

Enjoy a Breville touchscreen espresso machine with a built-in grinder, Ninja air fryer and indoor grill, waffle maker, toaster, blenders, and an electric kettle. Wine and cocktail glasses are also provided for evenings at home.

MOVIE NIGHTS & FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT

Gather around the 85-inch living-room smart TV or relax with a 65-inch TV in either bedroom. Cable, Wi-Fi, Xbox, board games, and books offer plenty to enjoy between adventures. Some streaming services require your own account.

WORKSPACE & EVERYDAY CONVENIENCES

The dedicated workspace includes dual monitors, a docking station, keyboard, mouse, and wireless printer. Bring your laptop and any adapters it requires.

A washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board make longer stays convenient. A baby playpen is also available; please let us know before arrival if you plan to use it.

BEACH GEAR READY FOR YOUR STAY

Pack lighter with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers, toys, and snorkeling gear available for guests. Two convertible paddleboards can be used standing or with kayak-style seating. Tennis and pickleball equipment are also available.

Beach access requires crossing the road. Water activities depend on weather and ocean conditions, and children should always be supervised.

SHARED POOL & GYM

Cool off in the shared outdoor pool or keep up your routine in the small on-site gym.

• Sunday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–10:00 PM
• Friday–Saturday: 9:00 AM–11:00 PM

These amenities are shared with other residents and guests and are subject to posted rules and any temporary closures.

EXPLORE RINCÓN

Discover nearby restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, and the town plaza. Spend your days exploring the coast, enjoying Puerto Rican food, or simply relaxing by the water. A car is useful for visiting more beaches and exploring the surrounding west coast.

EASY ARRIVAL & PARKING

Enjoy self-check-in with a personal smart-lock code and private arrival instructions. Reserved parking and elevator access make arriving with luggage convenient.

Early check-in and late checkout may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and an additional fee.

THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS

The building has a backup generator and water cistern to help during utility interruptions, although uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.

Pets are welcome; please include them in your reservation and confirm applicable fees and arrangements before arrival. Additional housekeeping, grocery shopping and delivery, special-occasion decorating, airport transfers, and tours may be arranged in advance for an extra charge, subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE

This is a residential community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the residence, balconies, and complex. Parties and disruptive noise are not permitted.

Children must be supervised at the pool and on balconies. Please use the balcony clothesline for drying items; hanging clothing or towels over the railings is prohibited.

We truly enjoyed our 3 night stay at the lovely Le Paradise Royal. This condo rental had all the amenities you can think of and don’t think of! This is great and such a convenience, especially when you are flying in from out of town and do not have to worry about having to go out to buy the necessities. Many rentals do not provide all they provide. The condo was pretty clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower water pressure was really good. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, cafe, bakery, etc. Rafael is a great host and friendly. He was readily available when I reached out to him. Also, clear instructions were provided prior to checking in which made it easy. This place is definitely worth the money spent.

Excellent experience all around! Rafael is a pro! He was very responsive before and throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and had anything a guest would need. Rafael has thought of every detail and has given me some great ideas I will be incorporating in my short term rental property. The location is the best in Rincón. If you want to be close to beautiful sandy beaches(directly across the street), a short drive to surfing beaches and short drive or walk to town center this is your place!

With Balneario de Rincón across the road, it’s easy to make the beach part of your everyday routine. We also enjoy being close to the town plaza, local restaurants, coffee shops, and small businesses that give Rincón its personality.

What we love most is the freedom to set our own pace. Some days are for exploring Puerto Rico’s west coast; others are for a leisurely coffee, a swim, and an afternoon on the balcony. There’s room for both adventure and simply spending time together.

For us, this neighborhood feels connected to the local community while offering the coastal escape we want on vacation. It’s a place we enjoy returning to—and sharing with our guests.

At Le Paradis Royal at Rincón Ocean Luxe, we’ve brought together ocean views, inviting spaces, and thoughtful extras that make it easy to settle into vacation.

Our balcony daybed is a favorite spot for morning espresso, a good book, or simply slowing down. Inside, two king bedrooms give couples, friends, or families their own comfortable retreat, while the living room’s 85-inch TV, Xbox, books, and board games make staying in part of the fun.

We’ve also thought about what you’ll need beyond the apartment. Complimentary guest-use equipment includes two paddleboards that convert for kayak use, snorkeling gear, beach chairs, a cooler, towels, toys, and tennis and pickleball equipment—helping you pack lighter and enjoy more.

A well-equipped kitchen with a Breville espresso machine and Ninja air fryer/grill, an in-apartment washer and dryer, and a bedroom workspace with dual monitors add convenience for longer stays.

With the beach across the road, a shared outdoor pool, and pets welcome under our house rules, you can shape your stay around what matters to you. What makes our place special is the care behind it: a home designed for beach adventures, relaxed evenings, and memorable time together.
