Spacious living areas, gorgeous chef ready kitchen, professionally decorated townhouse. Ideally located in Shell Beach. The master ensuite has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.

Walking trails, restaurants, wineries, beach, all right here for your enjoyment.

Suitability: Not well suited for children. Owner prefers 2 occupants plus occasional visitors not to exceed 4 total occupants. Quiet gated neighborhood with full-time neighboring residents. No smoking within 20' ft of the building. No dogs allowed. Must be minimum 30 night stay due to strict City of Pismo Beach ordinance.

A true sanctuary!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay at this gorgeous home by the sea was a most wonderful experience. From the stunning expansive ocean views, to the most comfortable and tasteful beauty of the home, to its ideal location mere steps from the shore, as well as short drives to a large variety of wonderful sights in the area. I cannot say enough about this magical space. It is truly a one-of-a-kind sanctuary. I am looking forward to coming back here again sooner than later!

Best Location in Shell Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath has a perfect location! Stairs down to the beach are located at the city park in front of this unit. There are hotels right next door that you may walk to for a great meal. Close to highway access if you want to head to golf or shopping, quiet condo community, and friendly neighbors. Cons are queen beds , strange master shower and teeny tiny television. But, that ocean view...helps you forget a few of those things!
