All of the villas at Bahama Bay are great, but what makes our unit just a bit more unique than the others is location and management.
Our villa overlooks the central pond whose fountain is lit at night. Our screened balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy an early breakfast or a late-night book. We are literally a two minute walk along a lighted path to the main Club House with oversized pool, fitness center, hot tubs and children's splash pad. Two minutes across the parking lot from our villa will take you to the resort's barbecue area and children's playground.
We are literally at the center of the action, and as our realtor always tells us - LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION.
We are also very pleased to utilize the on-site management company to take care of our villa and all of our guests. That means if you have a problem, however small, someone is there 7-24 to help make it right.
Toaster not working? No problem - call front desk and they will send over a new one. Door lock acting up? No worries - reach out to front desk and they will send maintenance over to make it right. Air conditioner not cooling? A quick call is all it takes to have someone over, usually in less than 30 minutes, to assess, fix and resolve whatever issue comes up.
Some owners opt for an off-site management company to save some money which means hours and sometimes days until issues are resolved. We focus on providing the best guest experience possible - and it shows in our countless 5-star reviews. Things go wrong - you can't help that. But having access to 7-24 on-site support means that when something goes wrong, it can be corrected quickly so as not to impact your vacation.
