Perfect stay for our family!

Our family was wanting to return back to visit Give Kids the World Village where our youngest daughter had her wish trip, so we were looking for a good place for the five of us to stay that was close by. And wow Rob’s place exceeded our expectations! Not only was it an easy drive to GKTW, but the property was so beautiful we stayed back a couple afternoons to enjoy all the amenities. We highlyRecommend this place. It had everything we needed and more!

Great option close to Disney

Very clean property in a nice development. The condo is extremely spacious inside and there are nice areas to walk outside. All of the tools we needed for the kitchen were available and it was nice to have laundry right on site. Easy drive to groceries and Disney without traffic hassles. Rob was very responsive and helpful. We will stay here again.

Bahama Bay

Enjoyed our stay at Bahama Bay. We were situated on the 3rd floor. Our apartment was spotlessly clean, very modern with plenty of room for four adults & 2 children. We used the pools which were heated and there is a restaurant on site. Very much enjoyed our stay and would definately return.

Above expectations

Have been comming to orlando ma y times a year for decades. We only live a couple hours away. Now we have a big family, including three teens. So we tried the verbo route. I absolutely live this place and the area. If this place is available, we will reserve it even if its just me and my wife from now on.for the price there is no comparridon to staying at an over priced hotel..We will see you guess again very soon. Thank you soon much for the wonderful memories. So much to do on site without even going anywhere.

Great comfortable accommodations

The condo was very clean and completely stocked with all essentials. Rob was great in handling the a/c issue with the Florida weather turning very chilly with the winter storm weather. I would recommend this accommodations to anyone. Thank you for allowing this grandma to spend time with her daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughter's. The only issue was were not allowed to use the gym facilities.

Bahama Bay building 23

I would highly recommend renting this unit. Unit was spotless, beds were comfy!!! All pictures are accurate. Had everything we needed. Easy access upon arrival. We were visiting area for RUSSMATT College baseball. Lots of families and teams staying in complex. No problems with noise at all.

Second Home

We had a wonderful stay in Rob’s property for our vacation! Rob was very quick to respond and super accommodating, ie getting us two cribs for our stay. The location was perfect - walking distance from pool, beach and splash pad - my kids loved it all! The house was much bigger than the pictures and extremely clean! No bugs whatsoever and outside lanai was screened! Perfect end to our day. :) The stairs to the property are sheltered outside from the rain which is a good bonus. It was our home away from home and would definitely stay again!

No elevator

We went here the place was very clean,what we didn’t know it had 40 steps to climb we had older simi handicapped people with us.if you don’t mind steps you’ll love it

Very Impressed

The listed was exactly as described by the owner. Our instructions to get into the property, and the unit itself, were very easy to follow and we had no issues with either. The owner made contact with us several hours after our arrival to verify that we had no issues, and our expectations upon entering the unit were met. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and you are only about 25 to 30 minutes away from all the attractions. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Florida, and would recommend this property to friends and family.

Great space, great location to WDW

We thought this condo, although not good for elderly due to 3 stair flights, was a great space. Both kids had their own rooms and shared bath with double sinks. We had our own great bed/bath combo with outdoor screened in patio. The only negative was very cheap towels, not enough TP or trash bags, dish soap...so basic amenities to keep you from going out immediately to purchase. Only a 20-25 min drive to WDW. It was great to come back to SPACE which the WDW resorts DO NOT provide!! We would stay here again. The owner was EZ to work with too.

Perfect!

Everything was wonderful and very clean, well kept, however, there were a few things. We were only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper that were each near the end of the roll. We were not made aware that the toilet paper was not supplied and we needed to get our own which can be an inconvenience if not made aware ahead of time, possibly mention on the online listing. Also, the Air conditioning can only be kept at 73-74? I cant recall which one, however, there is a sign that if it's set lower it could possibly freeze and then customer would be responsible for service charge. It was comfortable at the setting, just perhaps something that could be placed on the online listing as well. Truly just little things but something to have a heads up on.

Great Property

This property was great. We felt very safe with it being a gated community. The unit we rented was on the 3rd floor, knowing that there was no elevator and the unit having a washer and dryer we just packed light and washed our clothes while there. The unit itself was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The nights we were there, the restaurants on site were not open on the inside, and the bar would close at 6p. The pool with the beach/bar was closed down some of the nights we were there as well. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the club house, and we enjoyed the splash pad for our 18 month old. The unit we rented only had one dishwasher pod, and only had half a roll of toilet paper left in each bathroom with no other toilet paper any where. The property also did not have any trash bags. This was not a huge deal as we went to wal mart and bought laundry detergent for our personal belongings, hand soap (there was none in the bathrooms either), and toilet paper. We just used the wal mart bags for trash bags once we filled up the small trash bag that was in the can in the kitchen. Also the thermostat stated not to turn the temp below 74, and to use the fans. Overall, we would rent this unit again. We had a great time and will be back for sure.
