We had an amazing 4-day stay at this home with 6 adults and 4 children, and it could not have worked out better for our group. The floor plan was incredibly spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax without ever feeling crowded. The beds were also extremely comfortable, which made it easy for everyone to get a great night’s sleep after long days of activities. One of the biggest highlights was definitely the hot tub — it was much larger and deeper than expected, which made it perfect for our entire group to enjoy together. It was a huge hit with both the adults and kids.Bill was an excellent host throughout the entire stay. He was very accommodating, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever we had questions.Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would gladly come back again in the future!
The house was beautifully renovated and the views were amazing. The homeowner we very responsive in communication and provided great hospitality throughout.
This property was absolutely the best we have stayed at. Great amenities. Lots of room and very clean. My only suggestion is to have a couple of towels in the kitchen for drying dishes.
The host was quick to respond to any question we had.

Kathy was a fantastic Guest. Easy to communicate with and very respectful of the house. When they left the house was basically how they found it...spotless. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks again Kathy.
I stayed at this beautiful lakefront home for a few days with my family, brother, and parents this past week and had an amazing time. My only regret was not booking the house for longer! There is ample space for multiple families/family members to comfortably relax and the view of the lake is stunning. The property owner was responsive and great to interact with. My family and I highly recommend this home and hope to come back again in the near future!

Alison,
It was a pleasure to have you and welcome back anytime!! :)
Our family stayed in this house for a week for our family vacation. The host is easy to reach and helpful. The house has plenty of space, great amenities, and lots of creature comforts like throw blankets and pillows. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is good, there is a Keurig and an automatic drip coffee maker. Waking up to sunrise on the lake is an experience in and of itself, but the lake is beautiful any time of day and any weather. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the deck. There were two kayaks and a paddle boat available at the house. One of the days, we rented a boat down the street and were able to dock it right there. As you can see from the pictures, there are a lot of steps down to the dock, but that was fine for us. We also liked how the dining tables and seating areas were able to accommodate our family. It is drivable to local attractions, just over an hour to Watkin's Glen and Corning, and there are many activities closer to Canandaigua that we enjoyed as well. Overall, we had a very nice time and would recommend this place.
This property was very comfortable for 3 couples and their 93-year old father. There were large bedrooms with lake views and comfortable beds. The entry floor was easy for Dad, who uses a walker, to get around. The lake views were magnificent and we spent as much time as we could outside on the upper deck. When we were inside, we enjoyed a kitchen that was easy to work in, had lots of condiments, and plenty of counter space. The lovely dining room with comfortable chairs was where we gathered for indoor meals, games, jigsaw puzzling and just plain visiting. (There was a lovely lower level patio with hot tub, gas fire, TV and fire pit, but we did not try that out because Dad could not access it.) The stairs to the water are steep and often lacking a hand rail, which was a little difficult for even some of the "kids" (most of whom were aged 70) but the waterfront area was nice when we got down there. The water is crystal clear and we enjoyed canoeing and kayaking. Overall, a lovely place to gather!
We are opening a restaurant in Rochester and really needed a short getaway to reset. This was the perfect spot. Secluded, tranquil, and beautiful. But it’s really all about that hot tub!
