Beautiful stone house with pool and garden awaits you in the quiet neighbourhood of Valbandon, close to the picturesque town of Faana and the Brijuni Islands National Park. This is an excellently furnished semi-detached house where classic materials such as stone and wood have been used. Modernly equipped and furnished with great attention to detail, it offers its guests cosiness and comfort. The living space consists of the ground floor with an open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room leads to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The second bedroom with its own bathroom is located in the basement. There is also a well-kept garden with children's play equipment at your disposal. The covered terrace with barbecue is ideal for socialising, while the pool provides refreshment on warm summer days.

Ein schönes Haus mit tollem Grundstück zum Austoben für unsere beiden Hunde. Pool war leider noch kälter als das Mittelmeer, das aber schon sehr angenehme Temperaturen hatte. Schlafzimmer im Keller wohl aufgrund der Lage etwas muffig. Alle Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Sehr bemühte Betreuerin, Stella, die sich sofort um alle Angelegenheiten gekümmert hat. Check-in und -Out schnell und unkompliziert. Sehr zu empfehlen Restaurant Navetta in der Nähe. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Tolles Ferienfeeling

Im Haus hat es uns super gut gefallen. Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Toll wäre es, wenn es etwas mehr Besteck hätte. Der Wasserschaden, welcher sich im 2022 ereignete, ist immer noch teilweise sichtbar. Gemäss Informationen der Agentur wird jetzt im Winter das Dach saniert. Ich gehe davon aus, dass im Anschluss die letzten Spuren des Wasserschaden vom Maler beseitigt werden. Die Dusche ist etwas merkwürdig konstruiert. Die Duschwanne ist höher als der Plattenabschluss am Boden. Somit läuft immer das Wasser beim Duschen auf den Boden vor der Dusche.
