Beautiful, comfortable villa "La Danza", 350 m a.s.l., detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Massa Martana, 17 km from the centre of Todi, in a sunny position. Private: park 2 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 140 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Shower/WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: air conditioning. Parking at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 60 km. Nearby attractions: Bevagna 24 km, Spello 30 km, Spoleto 34 km, Assisi 40 km, Perugia 50 km, Orvieto 52 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates. Next the pool there is a wooden annex with shower / wc, external loggia and a room that can be used as a playroom for children.

Loved our stay, great host!

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful country estate. The house is super roomy, the pool gigantic, and the views are epic. It's private and secluded, and was just perfect for our multi-generational family get-together. A big plus is the host, who was professional to work with, responsive with questions small or large, and provided great recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, or shops. We'd love to come back again.

Absolutely Fantastic Villa

This villa has everything you could possibly want from a villa holiday. The pool is incredible, and the villa is extremely well equipped. Comfortably slept our party of nine, and could have accommodated more! The location is beautiful and really peaceful, with good links by road to Rome, Assisi, Perugia and Orvieto, plus loads of smaller towns and villages. We had hired cars so transport was no issue, but I would think this is a necessity due to the location. We would not hesitate to return.

Fantastisch huis, mooi zwembad, geweldig uitzicht. Alles schoon en zeer compleet interieur. Nadeel is de vroege uitcheck van 9 uur. Schoonmakers waren er al om 8 uur.

Traumanlage mit kleinen Defiziten

Die riesige Außenanlage inkl. Pool ist wie ein großer Park und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist großzügig und weitläufig, trotzdem sind Schlafzimmer und Bäder klein. Ein Platz zum Erholen in angenehmer Ruhe. Herrliche Aussicht bis zur Stadt Todi.

prachtig huis met geweldig mooi uitzicht

Het huis is heel mooi en groot, helaas is het ook beetje achterstallig in meubilair. Zit comfort van meubilair en twee matrassen was niet erg geweldig, is echt aan vervanging toe. Voor de rest omgeving en zwembad prima in orde . zeker erg genoten van huis en omgeving.

Rodzinne wakacje

Przepiękne miejsce na wakacyjny wypoczynek. Duży przestronny ogród pięknie zadbany, Fantastyczny duży basen do dyspozycji wszelkiego rodzaju zabawki basenowe. Dom przestronny dający poczucie intymności. Byliśmy z trójką nastolatków i każdy miał swoją przestrzeń . Świetnie wyposażona kuchnia. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Super schönes Haus

Das Haus hat ein sehr großes Grundstück und hat alles Notwendige. Die Aussicht vom Pool und auch aus dem Panoramafenster ist traumhaft. Der große Pool ist wunderbar. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und empfiehlt Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir würden wieder hinfahren.

Een geweldige twee weken gehad in La Danza! Een prachtig huis en een fantastisch zwembad. Met één gezin (5p) in een huis voor 10, dus we hadden ruimte in overvloed. De bovenste verdieping hebben we dus maar niet gebruikt. Een panoramisch uitzicht vanuit de huiskamer, redelijk dichtbij een rustig dorpje. Elke ochtend naar de lokale bakker en daarna een lekkere cappucino in Massa Martana. De eigenaar en zijn zoon, zijn goed bereikbaar voor alle vragen die hebt en lossen het meteen voor je op.
