The condo unit met our needs perfectly. Unfortunately, the floor was extremely dirty, as if it had not been mopped in ages.

Thank you David for choosing our property for your stay. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your vacation. I can assure you the floor was mopped as I personally do it between every guest stay. Sandy beach feet tend to get floors dirty quickly. Please feel free to reach out again for a future stay!

Our stay was amazing, we had a great time. The condo was very well maintained and clean. We had plenty of room for my family. The swimming pool was very nice and clean and my family had a great time there. It was really nice that we had so much to do right off of the costal highway. Being almost an equal distance between Lewes and Rehoboth was also great. 5 stars I highly recommend staying here.

It is a good location between Rehoboth and Lewes. The apartment community is peaceful and clean. The apartment layout is good. Second bedroom has entrance to second bathroom so it is like having to ensuite bedrooms.

Fantastic Stay

I’d like to state the place was exactly as described, but I can’t because it actually was better than described. Every single detail was thought of and the place was absolutely perfect. We will look to staying there again whenever possible.

Great spot between Henlopen and Rehoboth

Very cozy condo with lots of amenities and everything we needed for a great trip. Nice pool in the complex and we went back and forth visiting beaches at Cape Henlopen State Park and the boardwalk at Rehoboth. Not too far from the bike trail.

Great accommodations

What a wonderful condo! The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The screened in balcony was my favorite perch for enjoying late summer in Delaware. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate.

Perfect little get away spot

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was in a convenient location. We didn’t get to use the pool, as the weather was chilly, but we did see people enjoying the tables around the pool. Very fast response and detailed instructions on checkin and out.
