About the Home Enjoy absolute privacy while staying close to all of Beverly Hill’s finest attractions. The Residence is located on a quiet street above a verdant Japanese garden, allowing guests to sit back and relax in pure solitude throughout their stay. The front door opens and you are immediately greeted with a flood of sunlight from the large skylight above. White oak floors and reclaimed walnut panels compliment the estate’s natural surroundings. With large glass panels that slide open to extend the indoors out and the outdoors in and decks to gaze upon the gardens and 180-degree views of LA.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS This magnificent estate boasts four luxurious bedrooms, each with a unique charm. Three of the bedrooms feature private ensuite bathrooms with large walk-in showers, relaxing soaking tubs with incredible views. The primary suite is truly a standout of the property, with a long balcony overlooking the stunning Japanese garden below, a massive walk-in closet, and a sleek ensuite bathroom. The private bathroom is an oasis for rejuvenation, with a large soaking tub, a spacious walk-in shower with a rainshower fixture, and a wall of windows that open up to the private balcony. This estate has two half baths conveniently located off the main living spaces. KITCHEN & LOUNGE The estate’s gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream come true. Built with modern amenities and the finest materials, it is fully equipped to handle even the most elaborate meals. The kitchen features a large marble island that is perfect for food preparation or casual dining, as well as built-in wall ovens for all your baking needs. You can dine at the island or head over to the formal dining table (seating for six) and enjoy incredible views of the Japanese gardens as you eat.There’s also an expansive lounge in this area, complete with plush furniture and a massive flat-screen Smart TV. This entire floor is flooded with natural light thanks to the wall of glass, which can be opened up to seamlessly combine the indoor and outdoor living spaces. Open up the area to the expansive wrap-around patio and watch the city lights twinkle as night falls. THEATER ROOM Elevate your movie-watching experience to new heights at the estate’s private home theater. Complete with three plush recliner sofas and a powerful sound system, the theater room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a movie on the massive, wall-mounted Smart TV. OUTDOOR AREA In addition to the three large balconies that wrap around each level of the home, this estate features a pristine outdoor living area sure to impress. The pool and spa sit above the lush gardens below. Relax on the sun loungers, whip up a snack in the outdoor kitchen, and enjoy alfresco meals in the outdoor dining area.

Please advise prior to booking if elevator usage is mandatory for your stay. - Management reserves the right to schedule a 10-minute showing of the property with 24-hour notice. - To help maintain a clean and pleasant pool environment, a leaf skimmer is available near the pool area. - Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible. - Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

Wonderful stay in LA
The house was everything we expected and more. The daytime views from DTLA to the Pacific Ocean were only outdone by the nighttime view. Great house. Highly recommended.
