Esta ft 1300 sq.. Remodelado de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra justo en la playa y se enfrenta al oeste de hermosas puestas de sol. Esta playa es de arena blanca y fina y aguas cristalinas. Puedes sentarte en tu columpio en la terraza y ver a tus hijos construir castillos de arena. Está equipado con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y encimeras de cuarzo. Hay 3 camas queen size y 1 king. Tenemos cable, TV inteligente de 55 ", TV LCD de 32" y TV LCD de 42 "con reproductor de DVD Blu Ray, servicio telefónico de larga distancia gratis y acceso a internet wifi. Con capacidad para 8 en la mesa de comedor y asientos adicionales en el bar. Amazing views

Our stay was incredible. Quiet little beach town which we love. The views from the porch are amazing and you are steps from the beach. The host was extremely kind and responsive to any questions we had. Will definitely be back.

Steps away from the beach

This was our second time staying at this rental, and it was just as amazing as the first. You are just steps away from the beach, which makes trips back and forth so much easier (especially with kids).

We had an amazing week in Cape San Blas. This property was exactly as described and you cannot get any closer to the beach! We loved the laid back area and there were no crowds. We loved this place so much I booked it again while we were there!

Love this property so much we come back every year!

We have stayed in this property three years in a row, because it’s so great! The kitchen is very well equipped, there are usually extra beach chairs, etc. available on the lower level if needed. The location is second to none… You can sit on your deck and watch the kids play in the sand!

You CANNOT beat the location - literally on the sand and steps from the water. The condo is older but has been maintained nicely and remodeled recently. Front deck is covered which is great when needing a break from the sun — also the perfect spot for morning coffee. Condo has a nice layout and kitchen was well-equipped. Host was responsive to all questions. Would definitely return. Thanks for sharing your place!!

You will love this place!

Amazing! Great location. Walked out the door and you were ON the beach. The rooms were so well designed-so much storage for all are things. Plenty of room to set up tent right at the foot of your stairs. Just so perfect! Stars and sea turtles-just the best!

Another awesome visit

We enjoyed this same unit two years ago and made a return visit based on our experience. This unit is positioned perfectly. You cannot be any closer to the beach, We were facing West for perfect sunsets, there is always fish to be caught, and the area is away from crowds. We love it here! Not a lot of dining options but we really enjoyed Coneheads, and Hunts. Both places had good Oysters, and Grouper. The Grouper Cheeks at Hunts were Great! There did seem to be a bit less beach than two years ago but you can’t control the tides.

Overall very nice!

Location was fantastic. Everything was clean, smelled good, and updated. Didn’t need my beach cart, you’re literally on the beach!! Floors and walls were very thin so we were constantly woken up by the insensitive neighbors with their three 100 lbs dogs barking and kicking fleas. The oven and washing machine didn’t work, owner eventually sent repair man, never fixed it, had to come a second time, oven still didn’t work by the time we left.

Summer Vacation

Beautiful place, always enjoy staying here. It is unfortunate we can see some wear & tear on the facility from neglectful tenants. Small maintenance issues. Towel rack pulled out of wall, door handle off of closet. Ceiling fan had to be tighten in order to use. TV in guest room never hooked up to cable. Some of the flooring is starting to buckle. Like I said wear & tear, nothing a good maintenance person could not resolve in half a day or less. The location is beautiful!! Ck in and out a breeze, communicated well with the owner & definitely will return next year. Love it

Not Impressed

Living room furniture is shabby. Coffee maker was beyond filthy. No storage bowls with lids in kitchen and only 2 dish towels. Bathrooms only had 4 towels, 2 washcloths and 1 hand towel in each one, so had to wash daily. The clothes dryer is old and it took 3 hours to dry a small load. Cable tv did not work. Kitchen needs a full size garbage can. Small wastebasket provided was not sufficient. Location is great, but unit is lacking.

As owners, we appreciated the feedback from the renters on items that we need to address. We were at beach October 15th. We have added slip covers to the swivel rocker. Added a larger trash can. Cleaned out the lint hoses to help with drying. Added dishes and silverware. We have added tall chairs for the deck.

Thanksgiving getaway

My Family visit this area every year for Thanksgiving and it couldn't be a more perfect environment. The house is just what we need and location is spot on.
