Duerme 16. Large Lodge Style Oceanfront Home en Lincoln City cuenta con 2 salas de estar Big Oceanfront con pantalla grande de 75 "de alta definición y futbolín. Incluso una pequeña casa de cigarros sin unir! No hay brechas de una sola noche de junio a septiembre. Sólo 3 escaleras para entrar en el salón principal. Además de la cocina, la habitación familiar superior tiene una cocina pequeña y una mesa de comedor para jugar juegos y rompecabezas o para disfrutar de un café temprano por la mañana y observar las coloridas nubes sobre el océano. Gran chimenea de piedra con chimenea de gas y ventanas de pared a pared con vista a la playa. ¡Observe las puestas de sol, la luz de la luna sobre el océano y las tormentas! Desde el interior de la casa siempre se ven las coloridas cometas, y desde el gran patio cercado con piquetas y el patio de ladrillo con vista al oleaje. Esta casa tiene un gran lote doble con un raro patio de césped frente al mar (perfecto para torneos de croquet o una barbacoa). Cuenta con un Gazebo y varias sillas de madera Adirondack para descansar al aire libre. Hay 1 cama King, 5 camas Queens, 4 gemelos. Dos de los dormitorios y un baño están en el piso de entrada principal. ¡La cocina está bien equipada con casi todo lo que necesitas para crear una obra maestra para la pandilla! A los niños les encanta la magia del ático secreto y los asientos de la caja de la ventana para jugar o leer. Acceso a la playa es de aproximadamente 5 casas al norte (D River Wayside). Por favor, no bodas o alquiler de muebles. Hay un montón de sillas para 16 personas. Evite dejar una "brecha nocturna única" de mayo a septiembre y vacaciones de primavera. This was the BEST rental and best equipped we've experienced. I kept wondering if it was really going to be as good as the photos showed, and YES, it was! We had a group of 13, so we didn't have a lot of choices, but we were VERY happy to have had this option. The yard wasn't as green as the photos, but we came at the end of summer, so that is to be expected. Access to the beach was a bit of a puzzle as to how to get there because of some construction going on, but we did get there and enjoyed our time on the beach as well. The weather was good for us so we spent a lot of time in the yard on lawn chairs we brought watching the ocean. There isn't a table large enough to accommodate all of us, but I brought eating trays, so we could eat outside or wherever we could. All 13 of us had a great time!

The house was beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group with some fun secret places for the kids. There’s a wonderful view of the ocean and sitting on the deck watching the sunset was breathtaking. The fenced in yard was amazing for the little ones.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very beautiful and comfortable. We loved the layout, especially for large groups. The location was fantastic, and the view was Great. The downside was some bird poop on chairs and windows as we arrived, and no chairs on the grass (like the pic showed). No beach access (but that's ok). The slight the lack of privacy from the neighbors (to the right). But that's ok. All in all, loved it.

This wonderful beach house had beautiful views of the surf and quick access to the sand. The house is roomy and the location is central to Lincoln City. We loved our short stay and would definitely chose to return.

The views were stunning! Would stay again! Could use more dishes and dish towels. Access to the cigar house was advertised but not accessible. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is gorgeous!!

This is a beautiful property! We enjoyed the views it has to offer, and all the space it has! We were outnumbered with kids to adults but with all the space everyone had there place to chill and play. We created so many great memories at this house! Karen was awesome to work with.

We are a family of 13 from ages 11 months to 74 years. This was one of the most perfect properties we have stayed at in the past decade. The pictures are extremely accurate. The backyard, as stated, is a large grassy space for outdoor games, plenty of Adirondack chairs, a Gazebo and a view that is absolutely stunning as well as expansive. The extra touches make this home a standout - an enormous outdoor cooler for drinks, several indoor and outdoor areas for people to enjoy a little private space, when needed, an incredible array of kitchen utensils for whatever you decide to prepare and quality pans of every size that are easy to clean. The beds and pillows were all comfortable and good quality. All the furniture was comfortable and provided seating in any room where the family gathered. This home is maintained and very clean. The attention to detail lets you know that this particular Host truly cares about her guests feeling good about staying here. The Host is also very attentive, responsive and kind. The only thing we would add is that there are no closets in the bedrooms and bringing a few hangars for the hooks provided is advisable.

I'm so happy you had fun and loved your stay at The Beachfront Lodge. I've had fun loading that kitchen with all the supplies a guest might need for cooking. Great stay. Awesome views! The only thing is if you have anyone that can’t manage stairs it is not the house for you. Many steps into and within house, but other than that great!
