My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this property! It was well stocked with everything you need for a beach day! Coolers, towels, chairs, umbrella, etc.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful condo! It is right on the ocean with breathtaking views, and with very close proximity to the Oceanside pool (which was never crowded and we often had to ourselves!) The condo was very clean and spacious with all the amenities you could want! Great location just south of town with a short drive to shopping, beaches and food. Our family could not have asked for a better place to stay, would highly recommend booking!

Great location and beautiful views! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view from the lanai is amazing and feels very private, especially for a first-floor unit. The condo is well equipped with plenty of seating, beach gear available for use, and the A/C kept everything comfortable throughout our stay.A couple of suggestions for improvement: the pillows could use an upgrade, as they were either very hard or quite lumpy. The sheets were also showing wear—they felt rough and had noticeable pilling. Updating the bedding would make the stay even more comfortable.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return if we’re back in the area.

Beautiful! The kitchen was so well stocked. It made cooking and barbecuing a pleasure. The lanai was the choice sitting area. The views from every room breathtaking.

Our 5th stay at this property! Love it and hope to go next year. Great location outside the bustle of Kailua Kona but close to everything. Quite and so well appointed. Everything you need for a great vacay. Perfect in every way!

The condo was more than fully stocked!! When we thought we needed something, it was already there for us in the condo. The views were absolutely amazing, and the condo was super clean and accommodating. Would highly recommend!!!

Golfing trip

Our stay was wonderful. Close to dining, groceries, golf and snorkeling. The pantry was well stocked, the sounds of the surf were wonderful. I expect we'll be back!

The unit’s air-conditioning broke down two days into a 30 day rental. We went 28 days with temperatures of 82 to 85 inside the unit.

Perfect Relaxing Stay

We ended our 2 week trip in Hawaii here for the last 3 nights and it was so relaxing. We just got food at the local Market (KTA Superstore) and hunkered down to enjoy the waves, weather and pool. The bed is very comfortable and we will definitely stay again, but next time longer!

Perfect vacation location

Amazing

What a beautiful place. Easy to find, easy to check in, safe, quiet, great pools. Couple of restaurants and pizza place plus grocery store and Longs drugstore just up the hill. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

Absolutely exquisite property and location. It is everything in the description and more! Excellent location- such an easy drive or walk to anything you would want or need. Check in and out was seamless. Highly recommend.

Amazing Views!

Great stay at Carol's property! Large space so it was very easy to be comfortable here! The a/c worked well and kept us cool during our visit. She was very responsive. The views were just amazing at her property. Will definitely stay here again!

Million dollar VIEW!!!

The photos for this listing do not do it justice! The view was like nothing we’ve ever experienced. Spending time on the balcony was one of our favorite parts of our trip. Perfect angle for sunsets too. Condo was great! Very well stocked, clean and very comfortable. We felt right at home

Outstanding ocean views!

Location was outstanding!! This property is great for the person looking to be explore the island or the person looking at staying on the property your entire vacation. The views of this unit are breathtaking. Sitting on the lanai listening to the oceans waves crash on the rocks, watching amazing sunsets and if you are as lucky as we were seeing dolphins swim by in the distance.
