An Adorable guest house like an apartment with a private entrance.
Long term for Travel Nurses and professionals is welcome for a discounted prices. A full basement with full bath and kitchen. King size bed and queen sofa bed. TV with Roku to watch your favorite channels as at home. Free parking for 2 vehicles. Recently renovated and new furniture. Very quiet and safe area close to JMU, EMU, City Center, Walmart, Food Lion, Costco, Shenandoah, Massanutten, Sentara, and many others. Outside Security camera. Owner is living upstairs and can help with anything you might need.
To locate the entrance:
Just follow the navigator to the location. The property entrance is in the first street (Gilmer Cir.) and the house is on the corner to the left. Make a u-turn in Gilmer Cir. and park to the right behind the sign in front of the entrance. Parking permit will be provided up on arrival or will be left inside the property. Don't forget to leave it before check out. A $100 fine will be charged if it's missed, lost, or not left.

Lock code will be provided 2 days before check in. Just press the 4 digits and the green correct mark before the 0 digit. Turn right or left and push. You are at home.
