Other than the hot water issue we are glad you enjoyed your stay. This issue has never been mentioned prior to or since your stay. We stay in the unit often during the off season and have never experienced an issue. The brand new hot water heater that is in our unit is the maximum size permitted for installation due to energy regulation requirements. However, as per the lease, if there is a problem, our personal property manager should be notified. He could have turned the temperature up on the hot water heater to offer longer duration and then turn it back to a normal range upon your exit. If a problem has a solution it is no longer a problem. We are so very happy that you enjoyed your stay! We take great pride and effort to make our condo as comfortable and clean as possible. Over 1,500 square feet of totally updated and sanitized living. The counters and Italian ceramic tiles that compose our total flooring make for a very clean environment. Please note that, as mentioned in your lease, that if any cleanup is still needed when you arrive that you please notify our cleaner at the phone number we supplied to have things corrected for you. There is no charge to you for this service. Also, we will be looking at all of our pots and pans in the next few weeks so that any defective ones are replaced. We are very sad that good weather did not occur during your visit. Although we wish we had control over that issue, we do not. In terms of the indoor pool, the repairs are being performed proactively to insure the safety and security of all owners, staff and guests. Due to the supply chain shortages that have been running rampant since early 2020, projected finish dates are constantly being delayed. Please know that the safety and security of all people at the Quay will always come first.
