“Romanza” is an excellent choice for couples and families that wish to relax during their vacation. The residence has a large terrace (55 m2) and is located in a unique site, where the guests can enjoy the view from the surrounding villages all the way down to the sea. “Romanza” is only 5km away from Kavrós beach and 5km away from Kournás lake. There is a big living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a big bedroom. In the bedroom there is a king size bed, as well as a bunk bed in the hallway between the living room and the bedroom. In conjunction with the sofa-bed in the living room, can be hosted up to 5 guests. Despite the fact that Kournás is located at an altitude of 200 meters, the access to the the nearest beach is just an 8 minute drive away. Due to its proximity to both Chaniá and Réthymno, visitors can easily organize daily excursions to visit the cities as well as the countless, wonderful beaches of Crete. Merely, 5km away the visitor can find Kournás lake, the only natural lake of Crete, have breakfast or lunch and enjoy a ride with a sea bike or a canoe. Hiking enthusiasts will find trails of exceptional beauty and rich fauna. Not only at Kournás but in the surrounding villages too, visitors can get acquainted with the traditional Cretan cuisine.
