Costa Rica NW Pacific Coast is beautiful

Beautiful views, great location, great day trips, and great coffee & chocolate. Breakfast on the patio, watching the birds, was the perfect way to start the day. Walking the beaches and the sunsets was also great.

Host was very welcoming, professional and accomodating. We loved the location and the facility in general, nice pool and outdoor area for our kids. Our beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was lacking in pots and pans, some very old and should be tossed. Utensils were lacking, only 2 steak knives, no baking or cookie sheets. I think it would make sense to add more pots and pans and untensils to the kitchen.

Thank you very much for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re happy to hear that you enjoyed the location, the facilities, the pool area, and the comfort of the beds. Regarding the kitchen, we did not receive any reports during your stay requesting additional pots or pans, as the condo is equipped with what has been sufficient for most guests, and we have not had any previous feedback on this matter. That said, we will be happy to review the kitchen inventory for future guests, as we are always looking to improve. We apologize if your expectation was to have a wider variety of options. What we did confirm with you during your stay was the absence of a baking or cookie sheet, which was the only report we received regarding kitchen utensils. We did our best to locate one in the area at that time; however, unfortunately, it was not possible. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience.
