The host was very welcoming. It was our first time staying at the Marina and we were very happy we chose this place. Centrally located to lots of restaurants, boats and downtown is in walking distance. The room was very well equipped with amenities. It has a rooftop pool which we had to ourselves most of the time. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was super clean and modern! The location you can't beat, within walking distance to everything. 5-minute walk to the mall to the grocery store to load up on supplies. The staff was always there to assist with any of your needs. So good, I will be going back in 4 weeks to stay again!

This condo is perfect for a couple wanting to have access to the Marina, downtown, and Medano Beach. Easy walking. Friendly staff. Secure and safe location. Condo newly renovated. Had beach towels, beach chairs, tv with streaming services, Wi-Fi, and enough cooking utensils to have snacks.

Great location but loud

Everything was great! Easy to check in and out. Be prepared to be harassed by vendors every time you leave. We have been coming to Cabo for years and it’s getting worse especially the Med Spa below the units. They are relentless. The pool was amazing and the view was awesome!!! We had our room cleaned once during the week for an extra charge and she made it spotless!!! Would return!

Mostly great

This condo might not be for everyone so I will review a few things. First off, the Frontdesk was wonderful. The maids keep everything very clean. This condo is very close to lots of activities, town, the beach and restaurants. We did not need a car. It is located on the side of the building away from the marina so you don’t hear the Marina noise but there are lots of early morning deliveries and traffic so it is definitely not quiet. It is also tiny.The listing makes it look larger. The kitchenette was perfect -just enough for quick meals. The balcony does face the street so there is no view at all from the room but there is a nice view from the pool upstairs. The pool and the area surrounding it is great. No hot tub though.There’s a really lovely view from the pool. For the price it is really great but if you want a view, quiet and some space, this might not be the right place for you.

Comfortable studio apartment; the AC was my favorite part! Loved the balcony with table and chairs; we ate our tamales and salsa out there from “Guy who sells tamales in front of Milano” plus added avocado from the Chedraui supermarket and it was heavenly! Host was excellent and gave us lots of great useful advice, answering questions quickly. Would definitely stay here again!
