This location is a WINNER! You & your family/friends will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located place. No car needed as you will be within walking distance of some great restaurants like The Meatball Cafe, Pizzeria Express by Gabriella’s, The COCO Beach Cafe to name a few.

A quick 1 minute walk to beach access, or walk 4 minutes to the Entertainment District where there's multiple bar and grills including Louie's Backyard, Tequila Sunset and
Laguna Bobs. Expand your experience with local food trucks, shops and a theme park where you can ride go-karts, play mini- golf and more. Additionally, the entertainment district features "The Lawn" where you can catch breathtaking views of the sun setting over the Laguna Madre and the weekly Fireworks over the Bay every weekend from Memorial to Labor Day!

When you’re not exploring SPI, come back to our quaint condo to relax by the pool. 😊 Additionally, the condo has a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room set up with a queen sofa bed for the extra sleepers! There is also a 55" smart TV in the living room & primary bedroom where you can access your Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+ accounts!

LATE CHECKOUTS: Checkout time is 11:00 AM. There is a $50 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for checkouts later than 11:00AM.
NO EXTRA GUESTS without prior approval. We do not allow unstated or unpaid for guests on the property at any time.
Tampering with the outside CAMERA in *any* way, including disabling, covering or blocking will result in a $250 maintenance fee and immediate eviction

Great location! Easy check-in and out. Spacious renovated condo with nice quartz countertops. Large and comfortable beds, new furniture and large balcony. Overall very nice stay! Living room rug and bathroom towels needed deep clean.
