Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish home just two blocks from the OU campus. This quiet tree lined, family friendly street is tucked away but provides the perfect combination of escape from the hustle and bustle of game day or a short walk will put you right in the middle of the action. Whether you’re coming for a football game, or just visiting the area, this house has everything you need!

The space
This house is my main home when it’s not being rented out. Because it’s my home, I take great pride in caring for it. There is one room and one closet that I keep locked for personal use.

The private covered back deck off the master bedroom includes a propane fire table and 2 rocker chairs. This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or hang out in the evening. Additionally, the back patio includes a propane grill.

Living here part time gives me a unique perspective that allows me to be aware when items need attention or updating. I’m excited to offer this great space to you!

This house is fantastic and has great features. Lots of space. Very close to campus. 5 minute drive to my daughter’s dorm. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. Erin, the host, was very responsive.

Location was great and walkable to OU campus. Home was clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms stocked with basic necessities. Communication with host was great. Great place to stay for Parents Weekend! Lots of space and very clean. House was set up nice and owner had lots of spice/cooking ingredient's available to use, plenty of towels for guest use. There wasn’t a hot tub but the owner was upfront about it! Everything thing else was perfect great spaces and perfect back yard. We had everything we needed for dinner to cook. I was afraid to use the coffee maker but my spouse helped. Great area for adults away from the kids to both watch tv and be together at the same time. Right on campus but has a vibe that your not even close.

Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood near OU. House and host were perfect for us. It was easy to find. Easy to get in and out, Beautiful yard, though the weather was a little too warm for sitting outside. Friendly kitchen and dining areas. Only real drawback for me was the handheld shower heads mounted about 7 ft up, too high for me to to reach

Lovely home, great location

This is a very comfortable, well kept home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable beds, updated appliances and finishes. The covered outdoor seating area with fire pit is great! We did a one night stay to help move our students belongings home, but the property would be great for longer stays as well. It's a super quick walk to campus.

My family stayed at Erin‘s VRBO for a OU game. We were within walking distance of the stadium. The house was immaculate, perfect for our needs, and a joy to come back to after the game.

Nice, clean, quiet home!

This house was perfect for our needs. It was immaculately cleaned and we had everything we needed. The host communicated quickly and she was very welcoming. Keyless entry is always appreciated. The beds were so comfortable! We even looked up the brand of pillows to buy for our house. It’s easily within walking distance if you’re there for anything at OU.

Grandmother visiting granddaughter

First of all it was my first time booking a VRBO so I had several questions and Erin responded within minutes of my emails. Secondly, I was visiting my granddaughter who is a student at the University of Oklahoma and this property is a short 2 block walk from campus. The neighborhood is inviting and safe. The home is so cute and well kept! An inviting front porch to sit on or a beautiful deck with seating and a fire pit in the back yard. The home is super spacious and very clean with ample space to store your clothes and toiletries. One bedroom has an on suite and then there is a large additional bathroom with double sinks which services the second bedroom and futon in the sunroom. It was just a wonderful place to stay and I’ll definitely book it in the futurecc be when I go to visit my granddaughter!❤️
