This was a great place to stay! The house was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a bonus to find air hockey, foosball, and an arcade-type game in the garage. The kids loved it! The thing I liked most was how clean it was! The beds were pretty comfortable with nice sheets and I appreciated the washer and dryer option. I would definitely stay there again!

Roomy, clean, comfortable and convenient. The place is well taken care of in a quiet neighborhood.There were also nice amenities such as enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage, bags, towels, shampoo, and conditioner.There were also plenty of blankets for this cold season.We will definitely use it again when we come to Cedar City!

Excellent stay! Had everything we needed for the week. Host stocked the house with many amenities including snacks, coffee etc. He also checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Was available to reach when needed, and responded quickly! Would stay here again!

A great stay

Only spent two nights while we explored Zion and Bryce Canon. This home was a great place to come back to and relax after a day of exploring.

Great family propery

This house was a great place to stay. It was clean and perfect for our family. The proximity to several National Parks was great. We hope to be able to get back there someday.

So convenient to SSU and eating establishments.

Perfect place to stay for six adults attending the Shakespeare Festival mixed with family fun. Super clean and had all we needed. Great host! We will be back.

Hiking getaway

The house was spotless and well stocked. Our family came for the weekend to hike in Bryce Canyon and Zion. The hosts were great to work with. We will stay here again!!!

perfect location

The house was exceptionally clean, very quiet, conveniently located and had a well stocked kitchen along with excellent bedding and very luxurious towels in the bathrooms. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay again if we return to Cedar City! Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

This was our first time using VRBO. It was a great experience. The home was nice and very clean. The carpets look like they were freshly shampooed and everything was just clean. It was nice to have a garage as well. It was nice being close to a Pickleball court and a paved path for our kids to ride bikes.

What a gem!

This is a wonderful gemn of a property. The owners are fantastic to rent from. Stayed here with family members visiting my son whobis working in the area. Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with video games, air hockey and foosball in the garage. Close to shopping, food, the airport, parks and pickelball! Thank you!

Peaceful stay for SUU graduation

Clean, orderly, fun time! We loved the fuseball, and air hockey tables. The kitchen was fully stocked and easily accessible.

Great home

Very clean home with room for 8. Little comforts like lotion and shampoo/ conditioner. We did play air hockey and foosball in the garage that was very fun. The doors are very squeaky and need wd40 which is easy to fix.

This home is mostly brand new. It is called the Phoenix because one of our tenants' car caught on fire, in the garage, and destroyed our humble home.

The Phoenix went under rehab for seven months and just like that, it is now better than it was before the fire.
