We had a wonderful stay! Such a cozy home with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. We particularly appreciated the twin bed in the master bedroom so that our 3 year old could be close by. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here to hike at Zion and Bryce. It was a bit of a drive each day but very comfy, lots of amenities, close to restaurants and a grocery store and lots of space! We loved it!

Great place. Perfect for our needs. Close to the venue and the center of town. Living room had plenty of sitting room for our huge family, Kitchen was stocked with cups, plates and silverware. All the bedroom's had plenty of space, pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of closet space for all your bags and clothes. Beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed being able to play and walk to the park on property. Kristi, is a patience host, she answering my questions through the VRBO messages even though she clearly left check in instructions. Thank You Kristi. Definitely would recommend.

Clean and comfortable

The beds were comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of appliances and plates. Quiet neighborhood. Bathrooms were clean and showers worked well. I would stay here again.
