Pool heating is included in the nightly rate during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops below outside temperature to a temp of 85 degrees. The fee is $75 per day fee to heat pool to 90 degrees. Please notify host 72 hours in advance of arrival if added heat is desired.

$150 pet charge per stay. Must notify host if you are bringing a pet (up to 2 dogs allowed). Please ensure that your dogs are well behaved, potty trained, and avoid leaving them in the house when you leave. Any damage will be filed as a claim. No other types of pets are permitted without prior permission.

This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 1 0-195(c). The City of Phoenix short-term operating permit number for this property is: STR-2023-002175

Violation of Phoenix ordinances will result in immediate removal from the premises and immediate forfeit of all money paid.
