Owner is super sweet and was always responsive. She hooked us up with a great chef and an excursion that my adult kids said was the highlight of all the activities we did. The condo complex has a 24 seven guard gate when you drive up . Unit is clean, decorated lovely and well stocked. There is a second security guard next to the pool, which is next to the unit. The unit is a ground floor unit. Normally, I avoid ground floor for security reasons, but at this place, that guard really made sure nobody from the beach could walk up to the pool or any of the units on the ground floor. Not that I saw anyone do that, but I had asked the owner about whether it was safe, if it ever happened. Having a ground floor unit was great because we could come in and out from the patio slider door. Just outside the patio is an almond tree that attracts macaws. You could just sit there and watch three amazingly beautiful birds, right in front of your face. Also, complex is where they keep the horses for riding on the beach and in trails off the beach. The ocean water is very warm and comfortable however it doesn’t have the turquoise tropical Caribbean color even though it’s just as clean. I would imagine this maybe is because the color of the sand on the beach is dark from volcanic activity. At sunset, everyone gathers on the beach to watch and it is quite festive. Although Jacó has a bad rep, we really never felt unsafe when we went to the market or dinner. This condo is in the northern part

Great Spot

The property is lovely. Very well maintained and quiet. The condo was perfectly appointed with everything you need. The location is great, steps away from the pool and beach. We had a great time and appreciated the three bedrooms which perfectly accommodated our two 23 year old's.

Boutique Hotel Style Accommodations

Our whole experience was exceptional, from booking to all communications and to top it off, the accommodations were amazing. The location of the condo is perfect, it's directly on the beach!! It's a small property group that is very secure, we always felt safe and right at home. The condo is wonderfully decorated and fully updated with the latest tech, accessories, and adornments, just like home. We were referred to their concierge who helped plan and book all of our excursions and gave wonderful recommendations on restaurants, retail, and transportation. I don't know how to put into words how great this whole experience has been, completely exceeded my expectations. I look forward to staying in the future and bringing friends, there is ample room for 3 couples to stay and have a wonderful trip full of relaxation and memories. Do not hesitate to make this your "home away from home in Jaco".

PURA VIDA STAY!

The best VRBO I’ve stayed at. Incredible location, comfort (beds are 10/10!) and overall experience. When we arrived the security was top notch, the beach access was less than 10 steps. The pool is right in front of the house. Modern and freshly remodeled. The host are super friendly and helpful! If you’re looking to visit Jaco, this is the spot you want to be at! Just book it. Thank you again for the hospitality and would love to stay again!

Slice of Heaven

I cannot say enough about the Sand Sea Sun condo located in the condo complex Tres Regalos in Jaco where we stayed for our honeymoon! The condo itself was absolutely breathtaking. It is a meticulously decorated three bedroom two bath and totally renovated unit located on the first floor with a beautiful view of the beach. It has a large walkout patio that is wonderful for going out in the morning and having a cup of coffee or your breakfast. Each bedroom was stocked with extra towels, blankets and pillows and even uber comfy throws. The the master bath had the most beautiful tub and a large walk-in shower. The secondary bath had a large shower, and both were complete with beautiful hand soaps, plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The kitchen is BEYOND well equipped! There were things in there that I didn’t even know what they were. Anything you can imagine was provided. The unit also had large beach towels and a washer and dryer so that you could wash and dry them each night easily. The unit itself is absolutely secure because the security guard office is right next to it. We felt so safe that we would not even lock the door when we went out to the beach. The location of the condo is absolutely perfect! The beach is amazingly private! It is right next to the national forest. So you do not have condos on the right side of you. The location is also easy walking distance into town. We would walk in every day to either eat or do souvenir shopping. The meat market, bakery and grocery store are all right there. We did not Uber anywhere. Should you want to go on an adventure, I highly recommend the zip line, the concierge who is easily accessible and very flexible will set everything up for you. A van will come pick you up inside of the unit take you to the event and then bring you home. We found it to be super easy. There is a guest book that tells all the wonderful adventures, and even gives suggestions for restaurants. We found this to be super helpful. The trip to and from the airport is done by their private driver. I would NOT recommend renting a car. Costa Rican driving is “different” to say the least. I would definitely give a five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating to this little slice of Heaven! The only bad thing about it, is that eventually you have to leave!

Stunning Property!!!

The host of this property was amazing! The property itself, well lets just say the pictures do not do it justice! Well maintained, open, spacious, and room for all! And the pool! Right outside the patio, perfect access! And the beach! Right out the back door! Highly recommend this unit and area of Jaco Beach!

Fantastic Property! Great Vacation!

This property is OUTSTANDING with the beach steps away from the covered outside patio! We spent each morning and evening enjoying this oasis of a spot as the views, breeze and sound of crashing waves were the perfect way to begin and end each day of our vacation. The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! The condo had everything....spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fully loaded kitchen.....the list goes on and on. Most importantly, it had fantastic internet so that we could check emails each morning and surf the web to our hearts content. The city center and its variety of restaurants, shops and bars are all walking distance away with most directly accessible from the beach. The fare for a car ride was only a couple of dollars the few times we decided not to walk. Be sure to visit the quaint outdoor restaurant directly across the street from the condo complex as it has the best pineapple / lemonade / rum cocktail you will ever taste! The condo owners were super and provided great suggestions on places to eat and things to do while in Jaco. They pointed us to Michelle, the best trip planner in all of Costa Rica, who sent us on excursions that we will remember forever. They also provided us with the name of a private chef who cooked us a five course dinner at the condo the last night of our vacation. The food was incredible and the price extremely reasonable. No dishes to clean either! By far the best tropical destination we've ever visited! Great condo in a Great spot!

My husband and I have traveled throughout Central America and fell in love with the people, culture and country. We always talked about getting a second home where we could experience the uniqueness of that country and found Costa Rica was the place for us. My parents decided to invest with us as well as another couple. Even though neither couple had been to Costa Rica they trusted us and now are as much in love with Jaco as we are.

We love this tiny little beach community in Costa Rica called Jaco Beach. The town is 2.5 miles long and sits in a natural bay that is great for surfing or just watching the many surfers or hanging out on the beach. With the jungle and mountains surrounding Jaco there is a different type of beauty to this place. With many activities for the adrenaline junkie or for the person who wants a quiet trip to the beach we invite you to take a look and consider our condo for your next vacation.
