We're happy to inform you that we're addressing this issue.Coincidentally, a guest contacted us last night before booking to request a TV for their upcoming stay, and we were happy to honor her request and will be installing one by early August. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by having only one remote for all AC units. We're implementing a new system to ensure there are remotes available for every room with an AC unit. We appreciate your feedback about the hot tub and would like to clarify our policies. We change the water according to industry standards to ensure hygiene and safety. Our rules are designed to maintain water quality while balancing guest enjoyment, environmental considerations, and affordability. Refilling the hot tub after each guest stay would significantly increase our operational costs, which would unfortunately result in higher prices for our guests. By implementing our current system, we're able to keep our rates more affordable while still ensuring a clean and safe experience. We're pleased to report that since implementing these rules, we've only had to charge a guest for refilling once. Most of our guests, like yourself, take excellent care of the tub. The $350 fee mentioned reflects the actual cost charged by local companies for professional cleaning and refilling when necessary. Our hot tub rules include showering before use, keeping food and drinks away, proper use of the bromine floating apparatus, keeping the cover on when not in use, and not adding anything or adjusting the chemicals. These guidelines help us maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable hot tub experience for all our guests. We're always open to feedback and continuously review our policies to ensure they meet hygiene standards, guest expectations, and affordability.
