  Que les bons moments commencent avec la grande collection de matériel de plage et de sport dans le garage. Pas besoin de trimballer votre équipement pour bébé. J'ai tout à la maison. (voir photos)
     Situé dans une petite cour tranquille qui est plus sûre pour les enfants, plus calme et plus privé que les maisons face à la mer qui ont des voitures et des gens qui passent constamment. Beaucoup de stationnement.
Cuisine trÚs bien équipée avec des appareils haut de gamme. Grand salon avec des plafonds voûtés, une table à manger pour 8 personnes et un grand canapé. TrÚs spacieux à l'intérieur. Grand téléviseur à écran plat HD dans le salon et la chambre principale. WIFI personnel dans la maison et dans la cour. Table d'extérieur Redwood. Table de jeu et foyer au gaz dans la salle familiale.
La maison est trÚs sûre avec des détecteurs de fumée, un avertisseur de monoxyde de carbone et un extincteur. Tout à la maison est bien entretenu et conforme au code.
Personnellement, je vais à la maison de vacances entre deux invités pour m'assurer qu'elle est au meilleur de sa forme. La location comprend un hÎte. Susan habite dans le quartier et peut vous aider rapidement en cas de problÚmes imprévus avec la maison. Elle viendra se présenter et vous pourrez lui poser des questions sur la maison ou obtenir des recommandations sur les endroits à visiter.

This spot was fantastic for staying as a family. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to ride around on the bikes that are available with the house. Very convenient location for the beach, boardwalk fun and amenities. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Vacations in Santa Cruz

We adored the home, room for everyone, perfect amenities and a lovely outdoor space. We loved the simplicity of the hot tub after a day of adventure. Close to so many things to do and see, close to Monterey and San Francisco and everything in between. The manager offered many tips for good food and we teued most of them and were not disappointed! We loved it!

This home is spacious as a 4 bedroom 3 bath and comfortable with a nice hot tub and fire pit. Pets allowed which is rare for a 4 bedroom home in the area and a short walk to Natural Bridges State Beach (no dogs on beach). It is a bit worn and could use some furniture replacements, paint and a repair or two.

We stayed here for a family reunion and really enjoyed this house! The big sectional in the living room was comfortable and fit a lot of people. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. They have a lot of beach gear that you can borrow including boogie boards. Only minor issue was a dripping shower faucet. We loved how close the house was to Natural bridges and the walking path along West Cliff Drive!

The house served the ten of us well and we loved the outdoor area and the short minute walk to West Cliff Drive (where we saw whales, seals, sea otters and two dolphins (over the course of the weekend).

The place was nice and clean and convenient to everything. I appreciated that the hot tub was in good working order. Property manager was communicative for the few small things and questions that came up. It was nice to have the bicycles there but if you plan on doing any serious biking maybe bring your own. These were good good for tooling around close to the house but, of course aren't the greatest bikes in the world, being rental house bikes. Overall a great place to stay and pretty well stocked for most of what you need.

Great family fun

The accommodations were superpb and as promised! The hot tub was especially welcoming, and enjoyable for all ages. The location close to the beach was what drew us to this house. Santa Cruz drew me in with its world-class surfing, mountain biking, vibrant live music scene, and the beauty of the beach and redwoods. I spent 15 wonderful years living in a beach rental, but eventually, I craved a more rural lifestyle. That led me to Bonny Doon, just 15 minutes away in the Santa Cruz Mountains, where I settled on some acreage with my family.

For guests, I provide more beach gear, sports equipment, and baby essentials than most other rentals. Families will appreciate the two high chairs, Bob stroller, car seats, pack-and-play, children’s bikes with helmets, booster seat, baby gates, and a child bike carrier. For beach days, there are surfboards, bodyboards, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a beach wagon, and more!
