The backyard faces south, soaking up full sun throughout the day. Unlike many beachside neighborhoods, this area is open and uncongested—you can park anytime without the hassle of searching for a spot. The backyard is ideal for family gatherings, whether you're firing up the BBQ, unwinding in the hot tub, or gathering around the gas fire pit at night, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

The gas grill and fire pit are directly connected to the house gas line, so you’ll never run out of fuel. Inside, the kitchen is equipped for any culinary needs, featuring a massive Sub-Zero refrigerator—perfect for stocking up on Costco runs—and a high-performance Viking range and oven.

For guests, I provide more beach gear, sports equipment, and baby essentials than most other rentals. Families will appreciate the two high chairs, Bob stroller, car seats, pack-and-play, children’s bikes with helmets, booster seat, baby gates, and a child bike carrier. For beach days, there are surfboards, bodyboards, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a beach wagon, and more!
