Volle zon op de achtertuin, waar u uw familie en vrienden kunt vermaken, barbecuen, ontspannen in het bubbelbad, marshmallows roosteren in de gashaard terwijl u omringd bent door een prachtig volwassen tropisch landschap.
De beste locatie in de stad. 1 1/2 blokken naar Natural Bridges State Beach Park. (beroemd om duizenden monarchvlinders) en een wandel- / fietspad van twee mijl langs de oceaan genaamd "West Cliff '"
  Laat de goede tijden beginnen, met de grote collectie strandspullen en sportartikelen in de garage. U hoeft niet rond uw babyspullen te sjouwen. Ik heb het allemaal in huis. (zie foto's)
     Gelegen in een klein rustig hofje dat veiliger is voor kinderen, stiller en meer privé dan huizen aan de oceaan waar auto's en mensen constant langslopen. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid.
Zeer goed gevulde keuken met topapparatuur. Grote woonkamer met gewelfde plafonds, eettafel met 8 stoelen en grote bank. Zeer ruim van binnen. Grote HD-flatscreen-tv in de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Persoonlijke WIFI in huis en tuin. Redwood Outdoor tafel. Speeltafel en gashaard in de familiekamer.
Het huis is zeer veilig met rookmelders, koolmonoxidealarm en brandblusser. Alles in huis is goed onderhouden en voldoet aan de code.
Ik ga persoonlijk naar het vakantiehuis tussen de gasten om te verzekeren dat het in topvorm is. De huurprijs is inclusief een gastheer. Susan woont in de buurt en kan snel helpen met onvoorziene problemen die zich kunnen voordoen met het huis. Ze zal langskomen en zichzelf voorstellen, je kunt haar vragen stellen over het huis of aanbevelingen krijgen over plaatsen om te zien.

This spot was fantastic for staying as a family. The house had everything we needed and we enjoyed being able to ride around on the bikes that are available with the house. Very convenient location for the beach, boardwalk fun and amenities. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The place was nice and clean and convenient to everything. I appreciated that the hot tub was in good working order. Property manager was communicative for the few small things and questions that came up. It was nice to have the bicycles there but if you plan on doing any serious biking maybe bring your own. These were good good for tooling around close to the house but, of course aren't the greatest bikes in the world, being rental house bikes. Overall a great place to stay and pretty well stocked for most of what you need.

This home is spacious as a 4 bedroom 3 bath and comfortable with a nice hot tub and fire pit. Pets allowed which is rare for a 4 bedroom home in the area and a short walk to Natural Bridges State Beach (no dogs on beach). It is a bit worn and could use some furniture replacements, paint and a repair or two.

We stayed here for a family reunion and really enjoyed this house! The big sectional in the living room was comfortable and fit a lot of people. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. They have a lot of beach gear that you can borrow including boogie boards. Only minor issue was a dripping shower faucet. We loved how close the house was to Natural bridges and the walking path along West Cliff Drive!

Vacations in Santa Cruz

We adored the home, room for everyone, perfect amenities and a lovely outdoor space. We loved the simplicity of the hot tub after a day of adventure. Close to so many things to do and see, close to Monterey and San Francisco and everything in between. The manager offered many tips for good food and we teued most of them and were not disappointed! We loved it!

Fabulous Half Birthday Celebration

The house served the ten of us well and we loved the outdoor area and the short minute walk to West Cliff Drive (where we saw whales, seals, sea otters and two dolphins (over the course of the weekend).

I grew up in Cupertino and moved to Santa Cruz in 1994 after earning a business degree from Western State Colorado University. Santa Cruz drew me in with its world-class surfing, mountain biking, vibrant live music scene, and the beauty of the beach and redwoods. I spent 15 wonderful years living in a beach rental, but eventually, I craved a more rural lifestyle. That led me to Bonny Doon, just 15 minutes away in the Santa Cruz Mountains, where I settled on some acreage with my family.

The gas grill and fire pit are directly connected to the house gas line, so you’ll never run out of fuel. Inside, the kitchen is equipped for any culinary needs, featuring a massive Sub-Zero refrigerator—perfect for stocking up on Costco runs—and a high-performance Viking range and oven.

For guests, I provide more beach gear, sports equipment, and baby essentials than most other rentals. Families will appreciate the two high chairs, Bob stroller, car seats, pack-and-play, children’s bikes with helmets, booster seat, baby gates, and a child bike carrier. For beach days, there are surfboards, bodyboards, bikes, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a beach wagon, and more!
