Enjoy a vacation that is as relaxing or exciting as you want it to be! Relax after a long day at the beach in the King Master and wash away the salty sand in the en-suite bath with a vanity and large shower.
In the King Bedroom, you will find a King size bed, a smart tv with streaming apps, and a Pier Park view!
Kids will love the twin bunks! The Gulf View living room provides a great space to gather and offers additional sleeping for 2 with a sleeper sofa. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 people.

The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for all the chefs in your family. Enjoy a meal and family time around the dining table and the extra seating at the eat-in bar. Sip your beverage of choice on the private balcony which boasts spectacular "Emerald Coast" views of the Gulf and sugar-white sands that deliver unforgettable beach sunrises and sunsets.

In the heart of Panama City Beach, Calypso Resort features TWO beachfront 23-story towers. The resort includes 2 large beachfront (seasonally heated) pools, surrounded by a patio studded with palm trees, chaises, and tables where you can enjoy a snack or a game of cards while listening to the surf lap onto the sugar-white sands. There’s even a tiki bar in peak season, so you can enjoy a piña colada after your swim.

We have stayed at the Calypso many times. We especially enjoyed this unit. It was very clean and has a great view of the beach. This condo is centrazlly located within walking distance to Pier Park. We booked this unit for a last minute vacation before my son went back to school and we enjoyed every second. Can't wait to come back!

Condo was clean and specious, as advertised. 7th floor gave us great views. The only downfall was that the balcony door was so hard to open and close, and the WIFI password was not provided so we didn’t have any phone service in the room. I messaged the owner to get the WIFI password, but we didn’t receive a reply. Overall, it was a good choice for a vacation.

Overall we loved this condo. It was clean, check in was smooth, and the DACK app was nice. It could use some up dating, especially for the price we paid. For example better lighting in master bed/bath (and maybe a full length mirror) and better dishes and cookware (we had to buy a skillet) and the couch was a little saggy but these issue were minor and would not prevent us from staying here again. Balcony and view were amazing as always and loved the balcony rocker chairs! As stated these were minor issues and if we had not paid so much would not even be issues.

This condo was good for our family. The pull out sofa bed needs a new mattress because it isn’t comfortable. I love the captain chairs on the balcony. Always a beautiful view of the gulf and great location for the pier.

Great Location

Just a quick walk to Pier Park which was very nice! Short drive to Walmart as well. The amenities at the resort were very nice! The Condo was well updated and clean. The bed was not very comfy. We struggled most nights getting to sleep. Besides the bed, we enjoyed our stay! We are at the beach for the Beach and fresh seafood. Always the best Therapy!

The property was clean and very convenient to Pier Park. The kitchen did have a coffee pot and Keurig as advertised, but the pot for the coffee pot was too small causing water to build up in the grounds basket, and not all of it would drip through. We got it to work by placing a spoon face down on top of the pot so it would depress the drip stopper. It would have been nice to have a few coffee filters and some liquid dish soap. Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was great and we really liked the rocking Adirondak chairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After being in this condo 5 minutes I felt “at home”. I cannot give a higher recommendation. This condo is very nice but not overly decorated or crowded and everyone in our party felt we had moving around room. The master bedroom has a great bed and a large TV, the couch and loveseat are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Be careful of the sliding door, it slides very easy and fast, smashed my finger tip the first day. The balcony has 2 regular chairs and a small table and 2 lifeguard chairs with a tall table. They are awesome and the view is Oceanfront, looking down into one of the pools. I must say the location is perfect walking distance to Pier Park, a few bars and eating places. Congratulations if you rent this unit,I hope it fits your family as well as ours.
