La nueva villa española marca totalmente decorado con una bonita piscina. Todo importado de México. Saltillo Tile, modernos cuartos de baño retro y un plan de piso abierto. Cada habitación cuenta con una suite principal con cama king size. La casa fue diseñada con una planta libre en mente. Justo cuando entras por la puerta y ve a la piscina, se siente la sensación tropical. Las camareras entran diariamente a lavar los platos, limpiar los baños, limpiar los pisos y hacer las camas. Hay WiFi gratuito y un ordenador con internet de alta velocidad. Grandes habitaciones, un montón de espacio, la playa está cerca, gran piscina y patio trasero en la zona muy tranquila llamada Ruby. Todo es nuevo y la finalización está prevista para 19 de noviembre. La arquitectura española en toda la casa hará que te sientas como en México, pero un toque del Caribe te pone en la parte superior. Muy cerca se encuentra la playa de Malmok y playa Arashi. Su 1 minuto de Golf en Tierra Del Sol. Unidad 3 Minuto a Palm Beach y el Ritz Carlton. Tome ventaja de la fijación de precios, que no durará. Nuestros criadas y administrador de la propiedad están ahí para ayudar su estancia sea agradable y cómoda. Cada toalla tiene un logotipo del conquistador español, toallas blancas hechas de toallas de algodón egipcio. La piscina fue construida en la mente de ustedes el turista. Piscina chill superficial con una entrada de bebé a la piscina. Relax bajo el pación y recuerde, cada habitación tiene una gran TV de plasma para que te sientas como en casa.

We’ll be back!

We enjoyed the house and especially the 4 master bedrooms, We had 4 couples and this was the perfect setup. We also enjoyed the pool and the outdoor dining area. Jenny does a great job of keeping the property clean and maintained. We will definitely book again for our group!

Pictures do it no justice

This house was better than expected. Great quality in the furnishings.It would be nice if there was a code to get in versus having to arrange to meet the housekeeper. Jenny was super pleasant but we were worried we may miss her if the flight was delayed or anything All in all a fantastic stay!Thank you!

Ruby 40 is a gem!

Out stay at Ruby 40 was excellent. It was difficult to find since there are very few street signs but we finally made it! Jenny met us there and gave us a great tour of the house. It is very well supplied in the kitchen. There are beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryers in all 4 king bedrooms. The pool was a nice plus. Although we knew we had

Lovely rental house

This is the second time we stayed at Ruby 40 and again we were not disappointed!! This is a lovely home in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood!!! It’s quiet and not in the middle of all the hotels! Easy drive to beaches and to restaurants and grocery stores! Jenny is wonderful to work with and is available to answer questions and comes anytime you need her at the house!

Perfect family rental

Loved the spaciousness of this house. A great find offering 4 king bedrooms with en suites and a pool! Absolutely perfect for our family. Only wish there was a working grill as we are big grillers. Would check back for availability should we return again.

Awesome house!

We will definitely return; The house was stocked with towels and beach chairs; wifi always worked. The layout of the house was great for us as we were two couples and used opposite sides of the house. The house was very spacious. We had a couple of meals there and hired a private chef one night who brought everything including dishes. In the a.m. we would walk to the beach and back 20 min each way.

We had a wonderful time!

We were 4 couples and this house was perfect! Jenny is a great hostess. I enjoyed meeting her! The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house suited our needs wonderfully from having 4 king size bed rooms with their own attached bath to the back lanai with a well tended pool and the well stocked kitchen was perfect for us. The neighborhood was quiet and we were close to our choice of beaches and restaurants. This rental was a huge part of how much we enjoyed spending time with friends in Aruba.

Satisfied Island visitors

From the moment that we booked this vacation we could not have had a better experience. The owner was available for anything and any questions that the seven of us asked either through text or phone calls. The house was just as described in the listing maybe even better. And we can’t say enough good things about the very nice lady (Jenny)that comes to check you in and clean for you. She gave us the option to have her come in every day or every few days. And we knew that she came to clean when we returned from the multitude of things that are available for you to do while visiting this beautiful island by how clean and straightened up the house was. We asked the owner for a late check out as most flights out are in the afternoon and without question he accommodated our request. I would HIGHLY recommend this house for your visit you won’t be disappointed in the slightest.

Great house!!

We have been to the island three time now and this was one of the best houses for the lay out. When we had one little issue they were there immediately to fix it. The host who greeted us Jenny is amazing and so sweet. She is so nice and so friendly!!! I would definitely stay again and look forward to again!!

Relaxation.

The stay was overall great. The Housekeeper Jennie was really nice. The owner Kane was great too. Very accommodating. The property is listed as new and I’d recommend the description to be modified to reflect actuality. The beds were comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were clean. The pool was clean and refreshing and location of the neighborhood is exactly where we wanted to be. We will definitely recommend this property.

Awesome vacation rental!

Great time at a totally cool well stocked property. Jenny was excellent and the owner Kane was very supportive and understanding when our flight home was delayed by two days! Great place to stay and would easily visit again.

Vacation

Everything was nice and clean. We rented a crib which was very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was not delivered with the crib. Otherwise, very nice property!

Great house in Aruba

The house is comfortable and roomy. The 4 master bedrooms were amazing and gave us the privacy we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was convenient and quiet. Jenny made the check in process easy and explained everything. She came twice during our stay to clean the house and answer any additional questions. She was wonderful!!! Kane communicated with us well and took great care of us. We asked for some additional items and he didn’t hesitate to help us. The utility bill was much less than we expected. We would definitely be interested in staying in the house next time we stay in a house in Aruba.

Lovely house on Aruba

With four large bedrooms it made it super easy for our family with grown children and significant others to all feel like there was plenty of room. The house is kept up well and lots of small amenities really make a difference! I would book it again.

Aruba never disappoints!

As far as location this home is perfect! Jen was very professional and non-intrusive. The home was perfect for our group of four scuba couples with four king beds and four full baths. We will definitely return to this home!

Great, great stay. The 4 bedroom house is close to all areas and has enough room for 4 - 8 people. Jenny, the housekeeper, is awesome! Kitchen is great for cooking and the outdoor gas grill is also very good! Highly recommended!

Excellant location

House was very representative of the pictures and we enjoyed it immensely. If you plug in a beach location to your GPS navigator it will show you the 'walking' shortcut to the beach. We clocked it at 0.8 miles on one of our jogs. Nice neighborhood, friendly dogs and we walked or jogged daily. Jenny, was wonderful and available and happy to work with us on a cleaning schedule. We enjoyed the pool after the days activities. Some reviews mentioned the added costs for water and electricity, we factored it in to the entire stay and there were no surprises. The total cost to rent this large comfortable home was well worth it and comparable to surrounding available rentals. We didn't cook much but noticed plenty of dishes, pans and bowls. The pans could probably use some updating but they were very useable for breakfast and lunch. There are so many fabulous restaurants to try and the seafood served caught locally. The location in Noord was wonderful, very close to nice beaches and shopping. We did drive to most outings and always found plenty of places to park.

Friends celebrating 60th birthdays no boys allowed

4 women. Exactly what we wanted. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Pool was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. Location wasn't within walking distance to beach but a short easy ride. Neighborhood was quiet except for the barking dogs at the house behind us. Jenny the housekeeper was a delight. We only had her come once during our stay because we just aren't used to that or need that kind of service. She would have come everyday if you wanted. Overall this property is well maintained, clean and comfortable.
