Welcome to our lake house at one of the best lakes in New England, with fun and adventure in mind all year round. Are you looking for a last minute getaway, visiting family or friends, going to a wedding nearby, or local event? Our vacation home is close to everything the Lakes Region has to offer for all seasons: Great neighborhood, close to marina, 50' dock, lake access, bring your boat, small sandy beach in no wake zone for swimming and kayaking. Has all the amenities and more: central air, wifi, flat screen tv's, gourmet kitchen, 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths, large loft, outdoor shower, fire pit, ping pong table. Mins. from everything: restaurants, stores, Gunstock Mountain, Bank of NH Pavilion, near lakes region beaches & golf courses.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be bagged and emptied in to appropriate bins outside.
Start laundry and place all dirty linens by the washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Strict NO SMOKING policy in or around our property, including front or back deck or by the lake.You will be charged an added cleaning fee of $100
Please make sure you close all windows/lock all doors and shut off all electronics, lights, fans, etc in each room when you check out.
Photo ID with DOB is required after rental is accepted.

We had a great short 3 day stay over the 4th of July holiday and had an amazing time. The property and area was beautiful and fit 4 adults and 5 kids perfectly. The house description and photos are spot on! Highly recommended!

Great location and layout!

Great place ! Good location and layout allows individual and family sleeping. Things to make the vacation better as kayaks,fire pit,games and dock with small swimming area . Being in the no wake zone of lake is a plus! Close to other activities like mini golf and Funspot.

Perfect location and great property!

The house was perfect for my group of skiers. Just 15 mins from the mountain with plenty to do around the area. Russel was a great host and ensured the check in process was easy. The house was beautiful and great for both adults and kids. 10/10 stay and would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for a stay in the area.
