Southside Modern is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that can accommodate up to 6 guests. This home sits in a south side ( downtown ) neighborhood in Chattanooga. Newly Built in 2020 it features a mix of mid-century and modern aesthetic that make this a comfortable home away from home.
-BEDS & BATHS- Designed for groups of up to 6, There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The master has a king sized bed and en-suite. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds and share the full bath located in the hall.
Fully stocked with linens, towels and soaps.
There is also a half bath downstairs .
-KITCHEN & DINING- The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including an Electric stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washer & dryer and cabinets stocked with spices and a complete set of cookware. The indoor dining table / Island seats 6, and the outdoor table seats 4.
-OUTDOOR SPACE- The outdoor space of this property includes three different seating areas. Two patios on the second and third floor, and one on the ground level by the entry. You will certainly want to enjoy a cold beverage and kick back in conversation in one of the many seating areas.
-ESSENTIALS- Parking is available for two vehicles in the parking lot, then street parking out front is unlimited. Chattanooga Modern is equipped with high speed WiFi, heating and AC.

Chattanooga comfort

My family and myself stayed here for two days. A lovely, clean property close to some good restaurants and bars. It proved to be a good base for visiting Chattanooga. The beds were particularly comfortable after a busy day sightseeing.

This was a great location for visiting Chattanooga! Two minute walk to the free downtown shuttle, very close to restaurants. Lots to see and do in the area.

Great location!

We had a friend reunion in Chattanooga and stayed here Labor Day weekend. The location was great. We were able to get to everywhere we wanted to go in just minutes. The place was so cute and super clean! I would definitely stay here again!!

Very clean

We had a great stay at this location. We loved having the Honey Seed across the street to get breakfast and even dinner on evening. Very well stocked and beautiful place.

Great location - near every attraction we wanted to see. Beds were so comfortable; property had everything we needed to stay. Lots of stairs - but bathrooms on every level and quads/calves appreciated the workout! Loved the Honey Seed restaurant across the street - both handy and delicious meals from freshly made bagels to wood fired kiln pizza (trying that next time). Would stay again!

Nice spot in downtown. Easy checkin access. Plenty of free parking. Kitchen had everything we neeeded to cook and bathrooms had plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent Location!

A short getaway with friends. Very clean and comfortable. Parking was excellent. Beautiful view. Nice restaurants within walking distance and the city bus system is a plus. The Chattanooga Market is fabulous! Ruby Falls was so worth it.

Girls Just wanna have fun

Good location, Honey Seed across the street was great we ate there twice. It was a girl trip and we walk one block up and there was a lot of restaurants and bars. Only time we drove is when we went to the Riverfront

Great condo

We loved it. Perfect location with fun restaurants within walking distance. Ample free parking which is a bonus in Chattanooga where parking is hard to find and can be expensive. Well stocked with all we needed like paper products, plenty of towels and even had shampoo and conditioner and body wash in showers. Loved the modern clean decor. Thank you for helping to make our Chattanooga vacation fabulous.

Perfect for families with older children who want their own space ... Parents can be on a different floor. We enjoyed the convenience of being close to Downtown and only 15ish minutes from Lookout Mountain area.

Short walk to the ChooChoo hotel and many cafe's and restaurants. Short drive to the Aquarium. The apartment is spacous on 3 floors. Master bedroom is on the top floor. Plenty parking in front or behind the building. Great communication with the property owners.

Loved the space, highly recommend will stay again. Walkable to all of southside. Worked well w kids. We had an issue w one of the heaters and keurig not working. Property promtpy replied to messages and fixed both issues immediately! Couldnt ask for better service. Third floor bedroom has lots of stairs, so many not be suitable for all, but worked just fine for us!

Great location on Chattanooga Southside

Wonderful location in easy walking distance of all the great restaurants and bars on the Southside. A few more stairs than I anticipated but it is a townhouse and the view from the upstairs terrace is worth it. Beds were very comfortable and everything you need for an enjoyable stay is provided. We had an issue with the internet when we first arrived but Westley the owner had that resolved by the time we got back from dinner. No other issues the rest of our stay. The parking in back is ample and convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt safe walking back at night. Would absolutely stay again on our next visit to the Noog!

Great place to stay-not for unhealthy people

Loved the place, convenience of it. But all the stairs!!!! It made you double check everything before you went up or come down. So you didn't need to do it back to back. 33 stair to the top bedroom, whew. It looks like thou most of the houses are that way in the area. I just didn't notice it on the listing. The best places we ate, was the Main Street Meats (walking distance) and it is WONDERFUL!! The other one is the place across the street Honey Seed, it's good also. Thank you for the rental of the home

Pleasant experience with property and host

Came to town for a family function and needed accomodations for 3. The rental was located close to food and the downtown area without being directly on the main road. There is a restaurant across the street that is pretty tasty and convenient for a quick bite if your not in the mood to travel for food. The home itself was great. Has 3 floors with the 1st floor having the entertainment spaces such as kitchen and living room. This was good as the 2nd and 3rd floor sleeping quarters would not be interupted if someone was staying up late and watching tv. Home was clean and provided the good quality convenience items such as premium handsoap, soft toilet tissue, thicker bath towels, etc. During my stay, i contacted the host a few times and got a response shortly after. My family and I will definitely return in the future.

Stairs galore but close to everything

If you have trouble with stairs, do not rent this place because it is all stairs. That being said my mom sister and I LOVED the place! We don’t mind stairs and it was good exercise haha! The master bedroom is at the top and was a great space, with a really nice bathroom and private patio. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor and share a bathroom. All of the beds were very comfortable and the bedding and towels, etc. were really nice. The place was very comfortable and very well decorated. There were plenty of dishes and things to cook with as well. The only issue we had was with the mini split AC units. After multiple tries including calling my HVAC husband, as well as googling how to make them work, we could not get any of the units to work at all. It was absolutely frigid in the house which was less than ideal considering it was a very chilly weekend. Other than that we had no issues, and it was perfectly placed in town where you could go anywhere within about five minutes of a drive, and the Honey Seed restaurant across the road was delicious for breakfast and had great coffee. We would absolutely stay here again. If you want to be super close to downtown Chattanooga and want a great place to stay, this place is the best!
