Welcome to Southside Story! Recently purchased, extremely successful, and highly reviewed townhouse. Previous owner/host had a 4.9 average and over 100 reviews.
This townhouse is 3 stories, with the main living space located on the second level and bedrooms on the third level.

→ Both bedrooms include ensuite bathrooms
→ 4 cruiser bikes for your use during your stay
→ Bike Score 90 (flat with bike paths)
→ Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress
→ Garage storage for your outdoor gear

→ Free kayak rentals from L2 Outdoors
The space
Arriving early and need to drop off luggage? Let us know as you can access the garage for luggage storage until the townhouse is ready for your visit.
Main floor: open dining room, living room, kitchen, balcony
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms, laundry, a workspace, & balcony
First floor: main entrance, garage
→ Located in Southside Chattanooga
We've partnered with L2 Outside to provide you with a free rental of 2 watercraft. They offer the use of stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, and tandem kayaks. Rentals are for 1-2 hours down the Tennessee River. Rentals are weather and water conditions permitting.
Guest access
The entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. Plus, you have off-street parking for your convenience.
The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys just arrive at the townhouse!
Please note: All guests must be 25 or older, except those accompanied by their parents.
Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Some of our favorite neighborhood restaurants: Hello Monty, Hi-Fi Clyde’s, Alleia, and STIR (the list could go on and on).
HOUSE RULES
-Quiet Hours 11pm-8am. If you are a night owl, this property is not for you.
-Please review all of check-in and check-out procedures.
-Maximum number of guests is 6. Do not bring more guests than are on your reservation or you will be asked to leave.
-No smoking of any kind, illegal substance, and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement. An $800 cleaning fine will be required for any kind of smoking in the property.
-No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in cancellation of the reservation, immediate removal from the property, and additional charges for cleaning and any damage incurred.
-No parties. If you plan to use this cabin to party, it is not the cabin for you. If you host a party, you will be asked to leave and an additional cleaning fee will be required at $100 per hour to clean after your party.
-Please follow check-out instructions. As our guests, we try to keep it simple and only ask that you put away anything you use, wash any dishes you use, take out excess trash, and start the dishwasher.
-No food in bedrooms.
RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS
-Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests.
-Do not bring more guests than reflected on your reservation. All guests must be 25 or older, except those accompanied by their parents.
DEPARTURE
-Please put away anything you use while staying at the house.
-Take out excess trash.
-Remove all of your items from the fridge.
-Wash any dishes you used during your stay (you can leave them drying in the sink).
-Start the dishwasher just before leaving.
INDEMNITY
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Owners, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.
