Playa de arena y olas rompiendo vista desde el balcón y dormitorio. Este 760 sq. Ft. Condominio cuenta con una cocina completa, comedor, chimenea y cuero sofá cama en la sala de estar, cama de matrimonio en el dormitorio y dos armarios de tamaño completo. Desde el balcón disfrutar de su café de la mañana, mientras se relaja y disfruta de la impresionante vista al mar. Incluye dos televisores, uno en la sala de estar w / DVD y un televisor en BR w / DVD y VHS.
Unidad equipada con sillas de playa, paraguas, juguetes, y boogie board.

Nice stay

We went for my birthday and a vacation. We really enjoyed the property and the location so close to the beach. The owners were very responsive and very nice.

Beautiful location

Absolutely loved that it was so quiet and could hear and see the ocean from the bedroom and balcony to relax and take it all in. Amenities at the village are amazing and walking to the beach for sunrise and sunset!

Condo was dark, kitchen is small, futon bed was unsleepable, had to use couch, slider door was broken, beach was close , train was very load

Hello, The unit is a 1 BR, 1BA condo best setup for a couple with small children. If you are looking for 3 adults for your family a 2 BR would serve you better. The ocean air is havoc on screen door sliders, but we do ensure the screen door is sliding well before check-Ins. This is the first time we heard of beach closure during your stay. HOA is very conscientious of informing owners of pertinent public info for NCV tenants and we would have passed any info to tenant. The City of Oceanside has made great strides in the silencing of Train horns at night. The unit does have dual pane window & slider for noise abatement. Wishing you and your family the best.

Total cluster

We reserved and it was accepted by the owner. We showed up after getting check in emails and everything and owner said they never approved it! Blamed it all on vrbo. Yet somehow they were able to cancel the reservation so we will hopefully still get out money back. The property hao office at north coast village pulled through and got us a place for two nights only so we cut our vacation short by a day and had to pay more. Will never rent from vrbo or this owner again.

Katy, We are so sorry for the inconvenience you went through. In speaking with you directly when you were at the HOA office you admitted that I declined your reservation and how a second request went trough I do not know. We have 24 hours to accept or decline, we are not set up for automatic booking. Our normal process is that once we accept reservation we process a Vacation Rental Agreement and email to you directly once VRBO exchanges contact information. We never received a confirmation from VRBO regarding the booking you claim was confirmed. Once again we sincerely apologize. VRBO is unfriendly to work with. Why they had us go in and refund money to you that we have not received doesn’t seem sense either but glad it did give me the option. When Expedia bought out VRBO (but kept the name) a service fee to tenants was added on. When I called to ask what it was for they explained that if there is a problem with checking-in they would take care of any problems. Note owners do not receive any money from VRBO until the day after the tenant checks in. So even if reservation is made 6 months in advance VRBO collects full payment and does not release to owner until day after check-in and could be up to 3 days later if checking in on Friday because many banks are closed Friday. Sorry for lengthy reply and we sincerely apologize. Hope you had a good 1/2 Iron Man. For future tenants know that we always reach out to you directly after VRBO shares our contact information. Always a good thing to do to confirm your reservation directly. Best Regards, Rose & Ed Bendas

An Ocean Paradise

Absolutely fantastic stay. Rose and Ed were extremely accommodating and flexible. The setup is gorgeous with plenty of space, a lovely kitchen/dining area, and a gorgeous balcony with a view of the ocean. At night, relax and unwind in bed while gazing out the window, the sounds of the waves crashing on the beach, along with the smell of salty ocean air, will gently whisk you to your dreams. The location is tremendous with easy access to the beach, the Oceanside strand, the Harbor, and downtown Oceanside. Finally, the pool, grill, putting greens, and other amenities in the complex will ensure that you are busy and having nonstop fun!

Oceanside Oasis

Rose and Ed were wonderful hosts, they were waiting for us upon our arrival to help with the check in process, parking, our luggage, and took the time to tour us around the awesome facilities and all the splendid amenities it has to offer. We spent many hours on their deck watching the waves and listening to the ocean as well as walking on the nearby beach and pier. All minutes away from their unit. Just a truly amazing experience, we could not have asked for more. Thank you for everything Rose and Ed, our stay was truly wonderful.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I have just returned from spending three wonderful months in Ed and Rose's condo. It truly became our home. The unit is warm, cozy , inviting, clean and very well equipped. We loved looking out to see the ocean, and better still, going to sleep with the sound of the surf. Rose and Ed are amazing people - they were very attentive and responsive to all of our needs and so pleasant to deal with. North Coast Village is a beautiful spot, nestled between the harbour and the pier. And the complex is maintained to the highest standard - the landscaping is outstanding. For two active seniors, we find Oceanside to be a perfect spot. There is always lots to see, do, and enjoy. Best of all, we can walk almost everywhere.

Our accomodations were great!

The condo was clean with everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The view from the balcony was so beautiful! The complex itself was perfect with well-maintained grounds & amenities. the pool & hot tub was well used! Everyone we met was nice - including the owners. It's conveniently located close to the harbor & the Oceanside pier with so many things to do. We loved our month long stay here and hope to return next year.!

A Most Pleasant and Convenient Location

I had the great fortune to stay at this condo for 2 weeks while I was looking for a place to relocate for retirement. The condo is literally within minutes from the beach. The place was clean, well stocked with plenty of supplies (kitchen, bath, cleaning, beach equipment, and more). Even coffee and filters, snacks, and clothes detergent which I appreciated. Great WIFI, fast and never faltered. The bed was comfortable, loads of closet and hangers, and linens; plenty of space for people to sit. Everything worked well. I had a wide, private parking space underground, I felt safe as well as my belongings, convenient to get in and out. The people I ran into in this complex in my daily activities were friendly and helpful. The condo itself was quiet, I rarely heard a noise from the adjacent condos while I was there, so it was a peaceful place. I cannot say enough about the owner, Rose. My arrival went smoothly because Rose kept in touch with me via email and phone, and she was there to greet me to give a tour of her home, parking, and the condo complex. Rose is so kind and generous that she offered to be my tour guide and drove me around the different towns near Oceanside so I could get an idea of the different vibes, real estate costs, places to go to, shops, restaurants, in case I move into the area. Who does that! Rose went above and beyond. This was quite helpful to a single, retired lady, and I thank her from the bottom of my heart. I definitely would recommend renting from Rose, she is honest and genuine. I am a very satisfied guest and I would return again and tell my family and friends. Thank you Rose…..

Good One

We found this condo to be very nicely appointed with all of the amenities we needed. T-V in the living room and the bedroom as well as new furniture and the quality of the queen bed was very nice. The unit is in a gated community featuring lush grounds and all of the usual amenities. Secure underground parking also. Just next door you'll find "The Harbor" project which featured several good restaurants and drinking establishments. Close enough so we could easily walk home if we needed to. Also, just a short drive to I-5 access and we found several charming restaurants close by in downtown Oceanside.

Perfect condo with wonderful ocean view.

Comfortable condo facing the ocean and beautiful view from the patio! Loved sleeping with the door open to the sound of the waves. So relaxing! The condo had everything needed: plenty of dishes, cookware, towels as well as beach toys & boogie boards the kids were delighted with. All very convenient and with a parking space. Condo close to the beach and pool. A nice touch was the owners being there to welcome us and show us the grounds. Always helpful. Very nice people to deal with. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Loved the price including everything! Hoping to return next summer!

Little Heaven in Oceanside

We had an excellent stay at this prime beach location. The condo is very comfortable, the surroundings pristine and Rose, the owner, was very helpful in giving us the royal tour upon arrival and providing us with lots of information about things to do in the area during our stay. The walk along the beach and to the peer is just great and a sunset meal at Roby's at the end of the peer is awsome, Thanks Rose for your kind hospitality!
