I am a Euro/Australian. Moved from Byron Bay to the beautiful Gascony country side. I am an interior designer / stylist and I love creating homely interiors with personality . I have written a book entitled The Maverick Soul which includes 25 people happy in their skins at home. Previously I had a home on here, in Byron Bay NSW. But circumstances involved a change and I acquired this romantic old estate in SW France. Gradually we are restoring it. The Pigeonnier is a perfect little home for Lovebirds.

Why they chose this property

Thé Gers is a completely unspoilt department in France. People are friendly, Chateaux are beautiful and I chose to restore a beautiful Manoir with cottages. Between the classic city of beautiful Bordeaux and the fun city of Toulouse there is plenty of variety in choices choices.

What makes this property unique

I think it is unique in that it attracts unique creative people. We sit around in the evening discussing the state of the World with a good bottle of Rosé .
If you love beauty , character, Nature and personality Our cottages are less of a dormitory and more of a home. The park is a paradise of oak trees , mysterious woodland, paths through the woods and fields, visiting deer, barns, walks, delightful resting areas. Many of the antique furnishings have been gathered from India on my travels and other items found and curated in France. We have very efficient Starlink internet.
