Only your group has access to the 1st and 2nd floors in this spacious 2184 sq ' listing on 25+ acres. Owner/farmer lives in the lower level with a separate entrance on the far side & is available as needed in person or text/phone.
Up to a maximum of 12 people allowed, up to 8 overnight guests and up to 4 day visitors for an event, & pet ONLY with prior approval by Owner.
Wi-Fi, stocked kitchen, bedding, towels.
4 TVs w/ Spectrum 600 mpbs, Netflix.
3 hairdryers, hygiene products, 1st Aid.
Solo Stove firepit, Weber charcoal grill, hammocks, croquet, swing. Smoking outside 20' from doors/windows. No weapons.

2nd floor bathroom w/ 2 bedrooms.
Solo Stove pit/grill, hammocks, croquet, kiddie cars to race down the hills. Smoking/vaping allowed outside 20' from doors/windows. Caretaker lives in lower level completely separate but available. No weapons.
